Hi - first off, I find your videos very helpful & am halfway through your Affinity Designer Master Class & I love it. How do you get the nodes when you select the star to pull out to the shape? I do not have the nodes when I select the star with the direct tool. Do I have to activate something?

Great tutorial - but the only addition is use Sketched Art. It will automatically remove all white from the artwork. Why didn't you use that?

It likely has to do with the size of the shape it's being generated from.
