Everyone is going to try. I'm interested in how many will fit. I thought one of the Constellations was longer but the RSI website says they are all the same length. If one is longer the Phoenix should be built on the longer one so that the Passenger rooms can have a bathroom too or a bathroom in the area and a lift to the ground so that they do not need to go into the crew area. I got good frame rates in the convention area until I realized that my FOV was on the default of 85. When I changed it I then started to get some lag.

Nice video. Glad someone enjoys Invictus week, most of our crew generally stay offline as the servers just get flooded with all the free fly and become more broken than normal, particularly on our side of the actual planet. I wonder how many got caught with the 3.23.1 patch drop.. when they launched the update with no online server warning... bang! 30k ...server updating! Oh and your expensive ship you worked hours for is gone burger as it was not stored.. true for quite a few.

Hard not to disagree that $56 for a full game pack with the Avenger Titan plus the Invictus blue/gold paint isn’t a great deal for any new player. You get the best starter ship in the game that’s even more capable in combat with master modes now, and it’s best in class for so many early gameplay loops.

there's a bundle that you missed inside the Nursa page: Adventure Pack that includes the Aquila and Nursa for $340. Not sure if it also included the regular Ursa that the Aquila comes with which would be a hell of a deal.

The Antares needs to be a single seater or have at least a smaller turret for the co-pilot to control. Perhaps one with x2 s3 instead of x4...heck, I'd put in the smaller turret and slave the EMP to the pilot so you can use it solo or with a friend regardless.

Would love to see the Phoenix get an option for the Aquila canopy. Hate the current canopy it has. That aside am prepared to spend a fair amount during fleet week

corsair and Connie have the same front 4 size cannons. the corsair adds 2 on the wing, but real close on dps.

Incorrect, the Corsair has 4x S5, 2xS4 pilot weapons. The Connies now also default to 4x S5 weapons for the pilot.

And they are not very close on pilot DPS. The two additional S4 weapons adds significant DPS. But the Connies are much more durable in terms of hull HP

@@buzzfightbeer8023 yes, that's what I said. the 4 main guns are identical between the two. yea, the connie has the 2 on the wing, which as long as you are careful and remember to deploy are ok, but the wing on the corsair is a massive weak spot. I don't know how many times the wings have been torn off and lost all missles and those two cannons.

@@buzzfightbeer8023 agree on the durability. dps though is a trade off. I love the corsair but it has a lot of weak points. if you add missiles the connie has a clear advantage in overall firepower, but it all depends on how you play.

Invictus begins! ♥♪♫ I'm so torn on RSI as an aesthetic. Love the 'updated era' space dorito shapes, as much as it gets poked at...but the Scorpius, Zeus, Perseus, and Polaris are beautiful. Something about the Connie just never did it for me, though. Glad Subliminal and I share opinions. XD

Hate to be the party pooper but perseus is not really meant to ram other ships. CIG said that the picture with the hammerhead just shows it passing throe a destroyed hammerhead and its not meant for ramming. That said perseus is still my favorite ship in the game, I think it looks so dope.

Yeah, the Antares is a joke, 2 buttons to push and thats all, it's straight boring. they could have given the EMP to the pilot, the Dampener to the copilot with 2x s2 or s3 as a example.

@@frogger2011ify you can't say half-baked until after 4.0 Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to deploy both 1.0 and sq42 this Christmas. What this game will be in the next year should be hard to compare to anything we've had in the past decade.

@@kristopherjames2404 I can't see them finalizing a flight mode, balancing it and bringing all ships up to gold standard that are in the game at least. Finalizing engineering, medical game play and the list goes on. Mining really seems to be the only place they have a concrete concept they are polishing which is fairly good. To bring out a legitimate 1.0 release for at least 2 years if the pace keeps up

@@kristopherjames2404 I will however give them credit where it's due. This play experience has been very stable, the bugs I've encountered accept for one where not game breaking. The one that was was fixable by joining my friends through WC menus. They also have done a ton of optimization evidently as my PC running in the low 40s rather than 60-65c and core usage is down 30%. It however is gobbling more ram then ever

@@frogger2011ify The pace isn't going to keep up. It's going to exponentially accelerate. Alot of the mechanics required to polish certain gameplay loops will require certain backend tech to be operational. 1.0 is going to be the point at which it will be recognized as a game by the devs, community, and prospective players, but that doesn't mean the game won't aquire more depth as time goes on. I think they jumped the gun tbh, 1.0 should be considered a transition to beta not a full blown game launch.
