Exactly. The combination of the fact that these functions exist and that we have the capability of mind to observe and understand their existence and purpose is evidence of a Creator to me. A Maker of man. Most importantly that we are made in his image (likeness of mental capability). Nothing to do with institutionalized religion.

@@daphne201239 your body will boost what it needs when it needs it. Of course nutrition is vital, but your blood isn't going to be swimming in killer t cells etc unless it's vital. Immune response is a major part of what makes one feel ill during a viral infection etc. The body is a finely balanced machine, you're not going to increase the helpers unless you're constantly infected I'm afraid to say.
