The ruling is not just terrifying and unheard of, the ruling itself is unconstitutional. What the corrupt justices did here is the definition of "legislating from the bench" which is unacceptable. The judicial branch's powers lie in interpreting the law, not creating it. They explicitly must not rule in a way that has no basis in the law. The ruling, by definition, is null and void. Furthermore, Biden must use executive power to remove the 6 justices from the court or even dissolve the court entirely on the grounds of corruption immediately. By their very own ruling, this would be considered an official act covered by their made up presidential immunity.

To imply that the POTUS could claim immunity over criminal acts as well as the act of sending this back down to the lower courts after sitting on it for so long juat guarentees that this case will never get to court.
