Canada Post executives don’t care about small businesses. They own other courier companies and that is why they won’t negotiate as executives make more money from strike. Executives at Canada Post get guaranteed bonuses, guaranteed salary and a golden parachute. If Purolator makes more money then executives get even more bonus. It should be a conflict on interest. Last time they were lambasted by arbitrator and still nothing has changed. There was 1 year without contract and working conditions got worse.
