The collar of the implant should be at least 1 mm below the alveolar crest.. I think your implant was too wide and long for this site, 4 *10 would be great Because u cannot determine the bone width, if using your judgement in calculating the gingival width, the you would have bone dehesence buccaly..which as u know isnt ideal.. Last thing your angulation seems a bit lingually, but the bone below the mylohyoid line will take a sharp angle buccal.. this is an old patient, 14 mm drilling is too much, u couldve penetrated the bone apically, but it doesnt show on the IOPA Relying on it only isnt enough, no cbct open flap for better visulization

sir shouldn't we be placing healing abutment after the osseointegration is completed and then leave the healing abutment for another 1 week?

The long, 2-4mm healing abutment acts to create a proper gingival emergence profile while the implant osseointegrates for 3 months. That is one of the reasons I prefer not to reflect a gingival flap but go straight through the gingival tissue into the bone if an implant is being placed in an edentulous area.
