Dr, i have difficulties to prep lingual surfaces of lower molars , especially disto lingual area , do you have some advice ? Or can you do videos of your working positions ?

I think we all have problems with that area on upper and lower second molars, especially if the patient has a limited mouth opening. I do not have the answer to make that situation easier. Some studies suggest that surgicell in third molar regions may cause toxicity that affects IAN

I have packed 3M sockets with medicated resorbable gauze for over 40 years without any issues. I am not familiar with the studies you are referring to. If you do not pack the sockets of extracted mandibular impacted 3Ms, many of these patients will get dry sockets from loosing part or all of the blood clots. Take your practice to the Top Tier. Hey, when you do endo, do you ever take a file Xray or no?

Normally I do not take a trial file radiograph. I use the Apex Locator. I take a radiograph of the gutta purchase cone in the canal/canals prior to placing the sealer. Me as a person i dont prefer to use resin composite at the same visit because the sodium hypochlorite cause negative effects on bonding
