Always love to see more Miss Vicky! As always, you did a great job on the video and commentary. I am a bit curious on your choice going with acuity's shifter upgrade kit over their whole shifter assembly. I know there is a cost differential but did you have any specific reasons? Thanks again for the awesome video! Please keep going!

Thank you for your comment! The choice at the time to go with the stage 2 rather than stage 3 was mostly a cost perspective, but I was a little concerned a) how aggressive the full shifter may have been for daily driving and b) I didn't think I'd utilize all the adjustments made available.

Is the Stage 3 adjustable without taking the WHOLE CONSOLE apart again? (I read below why you chose Stage 2)... great video, can't wait to start tuning my FC2.

Thank you for your comment Duke! Some of the adjustments are accessible by removing just the upper section (next video will provide a good visual) but there are some adjustments (like short throw length) that can only be accessed by pulling the entire console. Next episode will show how to safely and quickly remove the center console. Glad you enjoyed today's vid!

@@Savage-cy5gv Agreed! The acuity goodies definitely give a more precise feel to the shifter. There are very defined gates after the fact. I don't think you'll regret it

Can you install the kit without the short shifter to avoid drilling holes?

Most definitely! Even with the short shifter installed, the flexing shouldn't affect the performance of the components, it just has an annoying sound associated with it.
