I use magnesium 200mg glycinate and Epson salt bath , or blueberry or cherry juice or black walnut. Oranges spike blood sugar makes you sleepy.

Sir, I struggled with sleep after taking magnesium glycinate. It helped me 2-3 days and then it just didn't let me sleep. I stopped taking it.

@@AlonewithAnkit Magnesium is usually not enough if you have serious problems, that's why I pair it with Rhodiola.
