I have been following you awhile now and have to say thanks. I'm an older gentleman and suffered injuries whilst stationed in Lashkar Gah in 2007. I never thought I'd get bk in shape again. I've sat around doing nothing since 2007 due to pain and alittle bit of sulking. Following this woman's advice though and being motivated by her, I'm glad to say I'm back to lifting, running and feeling great again.. and, the pains I've had all these years are massively reduced. Can't thank this creator enough

I'm totally going to add a few of these new ones. I have been using most of the exercises/movment patterns in your full body mobility video from 7 months ago. Im learning how to barbell sqout literally tomorrow morning. I've been doing several kettlebell veryations, but I need to barbell sqout. Just started bench pressing a few weeks ago, and I've been working on this fitness thing for a while now. Basically, I've been doing power and mobility for 9 months, and now im adding hypertrophy. I've been going to the gym for a few years, but something about being 32 made me start taking this more seriously. I've lost 46 lbs, and im feeling way better.

Excellent stuff. Sad to see the plate squat wasn't included, favourite of mine. It's basically a goblet squat, but you hold a plate straight down in between your legs. You can press it forwards or upwards if you wish, or just stay there for time. It really prepares my hips nicely for hitting depth. Cheers LBP

Ms Lean Bee....I enjoy your exercise videos quite a bit and your instructions or directions if one preference (directions meaning you expressing your opinion on how you do things and as things apply to you versus "Do this" directions). Now to point two, I have noticed over the past few months of your videos a definite increase in you quad muscles, calve muscles and your arm muscles. It is a very attractive growth pattern your expressing and you remain feminine while muscling up. Good job on YOU>

A tip I learned from watching Eric Lilliebridge put on SBDs was to turn them inside out and put them on upside down. Then you just pull over the knee with no fuss. Digging the customized sleeves and belt, though!
