Mine is next week too. I’m trying out for JV and I’m going into 9th grade. I made the team in 7th grade but I’m still really nervous. Wish me luck!!!

I didnt get hip cramps but i did get charlie horse in my right leg and it was sooo tight

For all the ppl in the comments it helps when I swing your arms buy don't go crazy with it but it helps for momentum

Wow just found out your 44. I thought u were 30 and was already impressed by u still being able to do a lot of tumbling . But wow .. just wow , I was a gymnast from 4- 17 but by 25 I couldn’t do a single thing anymore ..
