I've been doing your Under 20 minutes routines. This one was an excellent companion to your play list #8 strength routine. I made it my own, permitting myself to start slowly and ramping it up as I progressed. This was a lovely interlude of movement causing me to relished the seated stretches. this is a nice series. I personally love these 15min workouts. they are easy to schedule into the daily live. I suffer from muscle tensions due to my sitting job and this workout did very good. I continue. thanks for all your beautiful and effective videos.🙏

Thanks Jules for another fantastic workout video. You took me to my childhood with that skipping exercise. I was such an avid rope skipper. Used to do that for hours. These short videos are wonderful in their own ways. You can do so much with these. Add weight if you want to, use it on a sluggish day. These can work wonders for the sick and novice. If you are feeling more energetic add to one of other workouts of Jules. Really you are awesome. Stay blessed❤

I love hearing that the skipping exercise brought back memories. I bought my girls skipping ropes this past summer but they have yet to find the enjoyment skipping can bring. Hopefully they'll discover a love for it next summer:)

My oldest granddaughter will be going to law college next year. They all are exercise freaks. The boys love soccer and the girls dancing, basketball and skipping the ropes. Before Covid they used to go for 5k or 10k runs. Your daughters must be very young. Hopefully they will love skipping one day. They must be very proud of their fitness guru mom.Wish you and the family a Very Happy Thanksgiving full of love and care. Stay blessed❤️

She is going through a hard time after losing her husband a year ago. These workouts are a way to have her start doing something for herself and at the same time we get to talk about how we are improving in our health issues. Gentle exercises are not at all inferior if you do them exactly with the trainer's instructions. Gentle exercises are also an incentive for the sick and weak to exercise. Apart from exercise, I really like your cheering and philosophical slogans.💛

1:48 Hi I just completed 2 weeks of this 5 day workout and enjoyed it along with a daily 20 minute walk outside. Not new to your channel but had to pare back a bit after an arthritis and fibromyalgia flare so this was great and much appreciated. Any tips for which workout or exercise would be especially suitable for facet joint arthropathy going forward?
