I am so happy for you to be taking your health seriously! You're at a great age to start and I think you'll see progress quickly. Just to help you out, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. My suggestion is to try to get into the habit of exercising every day. If you have days where you're exhausted, choose a gentle workout, and if you have more energy, choose a beginner level workout. I'd love to hear your progress as you continue if you wish to share it!

It is so good that you recognise it and you're making effort to change things. Well done! keep on going. I am nearly 60 and I am back to it too. I have not been taking care of myself, and I'm really feeling it. So I'm back on the wagon, exercising, getting outside, healthier eating habits. You've got this! Your heart and whole body system will thank you. You will sleep better, and feel better. If you spend a lot of time on mobile phone or video games, electronics, in general. Take time out. Change things up, I understand, I really do. Sometimes, I spend too much time on my phone, and I catch myself and see that 2 hours have gone by. I could have done something more productive. So, I get off the phone, off social media, off IG, and even YT and I go outside for a walk around the neighbourhood. I have had both my knee joints replaced a few years back, and my hip joint replaced last year, and I can still do this low impact exercise. I wish you every success in 2025! You've got this!

You definitely don't need to be a senior to use these workouts. My intermediate level workouts are the same level of intensity as most of the walking workouts you'll find on YT. Found this video while searching for simple, low-impact exercises. I am overweight due to various health factors, not the least of which includes a hip injury that limits my mobility. Surprsingly, difficult to find easy cardio at home lesson, that is doable for seniors, beginners, and people in general who need something at a much slower pace to ease into getting into fitness. Wish my mom was more motivated (she's fine with weights but refuses to do full body workouts with me, even the easier ones) but glad I found this channel for her.

Great workout. Not too easy, not too hard. Not too long, not too short. Instructor is good, professional and refreshing.. I've been doing at-home workouts since Covid and this is my favorite so far. i do it at least 3x a week. As long as it is available, without ads, I'm all in.

I'm so glad to read that you recognize how much better you felt after exercising. I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and I definitely always felt better after doing so. I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it. Thanks a lot ❤

Thank you so much, Jules! I am almost 70 and have never done a cardio workout. I've now done this for the 3rd time and will continue to do so daily. I do this right before walking 3 miles and I feel I now have more energy to do my 3 mile walk than previously. I am also using my arms which I really never do because of neck and shoulder issues. AMAZING!!! It’s awesome that you’re starting to get in different exercise other than walking. The extra arm movements definitely help to get the arms and shoulders stronger. If you try some of the other workouts, my suggestion is to try one and wait a few days before you do it again to judge how your shoulders and neck react. Each workout is different with a variety of moves. I hope the workouts continue to work for you!

Thank you for these wonderful workouts ❤ I work as a nurse at our local hospital. I especially love the 10 to 20 minute workouts I feel I have enough time in the morning to do one of those exercises before going to work for 12 hours. Happy New Year everyone 🎉

Hiii!!! I'm 17 and have been doing pilates for over a year now, so I'm not quite a begginer or a senior just yet. But!!! I always incorporate this entire workout vid in my routine. I find that it helps get my energy up .... keep up the great work!!!

I'm almost 71 and have become diabetic. Always a busy person but haven't had a daily regime for excercise. I'm on board now, this will get me going. I don't have the stamina for using the equipment I have, but I can do this! I don't need to lose weight but need to gain muscle!

Hi Janet! I'm so glad to read that you're ready to commit to daily exercise. It truly will make a massive difference. I read comments all the time from people who have diabetes that say their blood sugars are far better after doing one of these workouts. Welcome to my channel and I truly hope you enjoy the workouts! I'm 58 and am just getting back into real exercise. I love this workout because you can adjust it up or keep it the same. And you remember muscles that are sometimes neglected. I'm a fan!

I always add it when I can. Sometimes I mess up when I'm recording, and then forget to look at my watch and write the step count down before I start the new recording. So much for me to remember to do as I'm recording the videos.

Im 50 yrs old and i have never completed a whole workout,i have osteoarthritis all over and mostly my knees,so i find it difficult to move quick,but thanks to you video i was able to get through just fine,loved the music very soothing but motivating,new follower,thank you ❤

I'm doing this because I want to improve my focus and brain health since i have ADHD and severe anxiety. Most cardio exercises are geared towards weight loss or fitness goals, and for someone who struggles to keep up routine it's unnecessary pressure to work certain muscles, get sweaty, etc. which inevitaby triggers anxiety as well. Just moving my body daily is good for my brain and hormones that it releases. It's very valuable to have a workout like this available that feels like all fun and no stress. Thank you.

I will absolutely check out all the videos you recommended. I'm only 34 but I already have a lot of neck and shoulder pain from sitting at my desk, and I'm trying to find sustainable ways to manage my mental health with fewer medicines, because they give me side effects. A seated workout is great for regaining focus and reducing anxiety, not to mention neck and shoulder strain, which leads to headaches, migraines and terrible sleep.
