I enjoyed a two-day getaway with good friends, eating good food, and sharing good conversation! Not much sleep...but that's OK, there's always time to catch up on sleep and never enough time to be with good friends! So, getting back into it today. I'll do battle with The Squat Monster...tomorrow.

Thank you Jules. I did one hour with you today. I started with you the beginning of 2023 and now in 2024. Let's keep this going. I thank you for helping me to get fit and gain more muscle. I am definitely stronger and more limber.....I hate stretching but what a difference stretching has made! So I stretch anyway and it has helped in so many ways. Have a good weekend.

Wow, what a way to start the day on this rainy, stormy morning, as the Pineapple Express moves onshore! I believe this workout will become a staple to offset a blue mood and cabin fever, as a lot of similar weather is forecast for my area in the months ahead. The stretching routine at the end is also great first thing in the morning. Thanks ❤️ for all you do!

I paired this with another of your cardio workouts to get 30 minutes in. I loved this! So motivational for Mondays! And for me great music, also the placement of the overall timer to the left actually kept me on track better with the exercise 😅 I know, kinda weird but time flew by 😁 Thank you so much for these videos Jules!❤

15, December 2023 Hi Jules, I am here. It's the middle of the night, I have been relaxing and the last film took too long so, I did my exercises at 23:25. Anyway, I could not do it yesterday because I wanted to go to bed early. Then I regretted it, because I still could not sleep for a good hour, so I could have done my workout. Can't be helped, it's past. Anyway, I did this one today, thank you.

Exercising regularly with your videos is definitely showing signs of paying off. My muscles feel tired, but in a good way, and very little hurts anymore. I like the way some of the moves challenge both the brain and the body. Thanks!

I was short on time this morning and needed a 15-min. interval workout. I didn't see any in the list, so I turned this one into an interval workout by jogging in place every other 30 seconds. It really worked for me.

I kept this one a little more "moderate" by not doing too much bobbing and bouncing. Tomorrow I should be back to be able to enjoy "energetic" workouts...pending a good report from the surgeon!

Great workout! I'm aiming to work out 15 minutes after breakfast and lunch then 30 minutes after dinner, to help reduce my blood sugar! My A1C went from 7.9 to 7.2 in 4 months. Hoping to get it down in the 6 range by the end of this year!

I keep adding more of your walking workouts to my you tube list and am enjoying them all. I have a question. I'm not sure if you might be able to answer, but I am trying to lose weight but I've noticed that since i started these workouts, after doing a 30 minute intense one I am so hungry I feel like I could eat everything in sight. Have you or any of you other users ever had this issue and how do you deal with it? Thank you!

I wonder if you're dehydrated and really thirsty. My suggestion is to have a light snack and glass of water 30-60 minutes before you do a workout. After you complete a workout, be sure to rehydrate yourself with water. You can have a snack again after the workout and aim to have some protein in the snack. Let me know if that helps.

I like this one for my after Supper walk. I eat Supper at 5:00 pm. I don’t eat anything else until 5:00 am. We older folks call Dinner Supper in Alabama.😅 As a young girl Dinner was lunch. It was a big meal because we worked the farm. Today I eat lunch not Dinner😅😅 I enjoy these videos with no talking. I can just listen to the music and follow along. It makes my happy like I’m dancing instead of exercising. I’m going to be 75 this month. I will celebrate my commitment to be healthy as I can. I am worth it.🎉🎉🎉

You are absolutely worth it! I’m so glad that you’re enjoying these workouts. We flip flop between the words dinner and supper here. I grew up on a farm as well…always lots of work and exercise with throwing hay bales, picking rocks, and so on. Lots of good memories (except for picking rocks!). I wish you an early happy birthday and an amazing 75th year!
