It's so easy to see but very very hard to do. It's paining heavily in thighs. I can feel the burn too, so decided to conitue this excercise every day, thank you so much.

Day 1: just done these in bed and felt the burn. Wasn’t good at the leg over circles 🙈 but that will hopefully improve :)

@@febbiesjourney-cockerspani3051 It doesn't work that way .If you keep eating food over your maintenance calories you will start gaining fat .Just add 15-30 mins of strength training workout in your daily routine and try to eat around your maintenance calories

ok guys so i saw all the comments same like my situation. i've thought to do this exercise cuz these are quite easier and also i don't need to do this in front of my parents. i'll update about every single day until i get my changes🙂🙂
