Have been doing this for a week. First four days were horrible after the workout as my thighs were paining but after that no pain at all. I lost 2 kg in a week , of course with the aid of other stuff like intermittent fasting for 18 hours, green tea on an empty stomach, 2L of water everyday, no fast foods especially noodles. I struggled to lose weight but small changes make a huge difference. Don't give up and remember you're doing it for yourself and not others.

DISCLAIMER: This is a motivation comment to remind me every day that I have to do the exercise routine and update you! Every time when exams period starts I realise that I gain 2-5 kg every time. Not only because of sitting on my desk studying, but also because I am anxious and everything I eat turns into more fat. Belly and inner thighs are my biggest problem when it comes to gaining wheight. So I decided to start this routine. DAY 1✅: I just did the whole thing and I got exhausted. Thank God it had many breaks between the exercises. The truth is that my belly wasn't empty enough, so i struggled a little bit more, but that's ok. I already feel better with myself. I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning without eating anything and then I'll drink some green tea. DAY 2✅: Just finished and i swear guys I'm sweating. I did the exercises much better than yesterday and I feel the fat burning. It was the first thing that I did as soon as I woke up and I feel grateful for doing so. It was much easier with a complitely empty stomach. My stomach is already much flatter than yesterday. Now I'm gonna drink a cup of green tea and then jump into the shower. DAY 3✅: This time I did it much easier. Ofcourse I started getting tired with lunge jumps, but I made it. My thighs hurt but I feel stronger every day. DAY 4✅: I just complited it succesfully for 4 days in a row and the first signs of improvement are starting to show. My thighs hurt a bit still, but my belly got pretty flat and my legs feel a lot stronger. Only if you start exercising you will see how weak your feet and hands are. Each day is more easy to complete the routine and with a balanced diet you will see a lot quicker the results. I stopped eating sugar, not even in the tea, i eat veggies and mostly chicken for meat. You feel better with yourself and gain more confidence. DAY 5✅: My legs don't hurt as they used to. The difference started to show (flat belly tight thighs, even butt is more peppy). I measured my belly and thighs before starting this exercise so in 2 days from now I'm gonna measure my body again to see how much of a difference it has. But for now it's shower time DAY 6✅: Completed once again! I don't struggle with lunge jumps anymore. A cool shower is the only thing that I need right now. DAY 7✅: I measured myself, because it's been a week since i started. So my old measurements were: belly 94cm, right thigh almost 59cm, left thigh 58cm. My new measurements are: belly 87cm, right thigh: 57cm, left thigh: 57cm. Advice: drink a lot water throughout the day, eat veggies and chicken, drink green tea while your stomach is empty DAY 8✅: For the first time I didnt check not even one time how many exercises are left. It went by fast. DAY 9✅: I feel very good with myself, cause for the first time I'm commited to an exercise routine. DAY 10✅: Time went by fast today. It's summer and in Greece it's super hot, this is why I'm sweating so much. Shower time! DAY 11✅: Today I didn't miss a single lunge jump. The difference in my body is beyond imagination. Shorts that didn't fit me anymore before starting the exercise now fit me as they used to. DAY 12✅: Accomplished! DAY 13✅: Completed! Tomorrow I'll measure myself again and move on to a new exercise routine. DAY 14✅: Finished it for the last time. I'll move on to a new routine tomorrow. Overall it's a very efficient to lose weight

Hi, I quite agree with the viewer who said that it’s impossible to do the lunge jumps immediately after doing the squats. When I couldn’t, I thought that this was it, I’m a given up case, but when I read her views, thank you, now I have all the happiness in the world that I’m no the only one who feels this way. I'm 21 years old and i have severe clinical depression its been 4+ years since i have done any exercise but i'm trying to be better and have a healthy lifestyle now. it's my first day of doing this and i'm so tired after just a 20 minute workout, and i could not even do lunge jumps. i will try to follow this workout daily and i hope i get better at these exercises!

Finally starting working out today Hight- 5'3 Weight- 60 Goal Weight- 50 Day 1 - I did a 6 minute warm up and couldn't do more that 10 mins of this video. I have started taking care of my diet and I'm positive I'll get there.

Day 1: I did for 16 mins and had pain all over my body for the rest of the day Day 2: Did for 18 mins, continued with the pain to gain some fitness, my legs suffered during those squats but who's giving up? Not me!! Day 3: Did for whole 20 mins 51 secs. Feeling lil better about my body, fat reduction is kinda visible, muscle bit tighter but no specific weight loss!! Day 4: Completed the whole workout. Weight 60kg Day 1: burned 100 cal in Treadmill. Did this exercise for 14min. Day 2 : extremely bad muscles cramp bcz of exercise but got my 1 week late period in 1 day.( Skipped workout) Day 3 : burned 70 cal in Treadmill and did the excercise.( My muscles pain automatically gone after doing the excercise and skipped few excercise) Day 4:

I srsly hate working out, it took me almost 8 months to actually convince my self to start bc i woukd always want to but then i was svared i was going be seen and judged and finding this at home video legit changed my life so thank you im going to start trying out all your workouts and doing this daily you voosted mt confidence to actaully start my journey even if this was just day one i already feel 10 times more self confident about my body thank you so much you legit are my hero

Reading others experience gives motivation so I also started it yesterday. So I usually don't do any physical activity I only sit😂 actually I have to study so my whole day just went by sitting and studying and because of that major fat in my body is in lower body and slowly my upper body is also getting out of shape and some time I don't feel like me when I see myself in mirror. Ok so now I will tell you my journey I don't know till when I can do but yeah let's do it Weight- 56-57 Measurements :- (in inches) Breast - 34 Waist- 35 Lower belly- 36 Hip - 39 Thigh - 57 (cm) Day 1✅ I did it yesterday but was not able to do the whole exercise only 12 min ( omg I'm so weak😫) whole day was good until the evening any lower body starts to hurt but ya I am going to again try the exercise Day 2✅ Hey guys so i just did it but only for 15 min. The 12min was easy because of yesterday lol but after 3min my head was hurting like hell and yea i would suggest you to not put so much pressure on your body suddenly let it adjust according to it give it some time, if you can do the exercise exactly them do the possible right way you can do it Like for me body extension was very hard yesterday but it was something easy today but the squad and arm lift I'm not able to do it properly but i did it but didn't do full squat

I’m starting this because I’ve done so many exercises but I always quit like on the third day so I’m gonna update every day. My measurements on the first day are 18in for my left leg, 18.2in for my right leg and my tummy is 30in. I’m gonna measure after 7 days. Day 1: Completed!!!!✅I just finished the workout and I’m so hot I feel like I’m in a volcano and my face is tomato red😂 My legs are hurting so bad but I know they won’t soon and it’s worth it. Just a reminder to everyone doing this workout please try to eat healthy because it will speed up the whole process and make it easier. I’m gonna go take a cold shower😁 Day 2: Completed!!!✅ I’m sooo hot and sweaty.I woke up today and my legs were really sore but it made me stronger. Every workout I did today was just a teeny weeny bit easier than yesterday. No change yet ( obviously) but I have high hopes. I’ve also been counting how many calories I’m taking in and trying to eat healthy. I’m craving a nice and cold bath. Byee😊 Day 3: Completed!!!✅ I’m very very veerryyy tired and hoottt. I’m starting to see a teeny weeny tiny little bit of a change but not a lot I will keep going and hopefully it will help. I NEED a cool shower and a salad. Byeeee😁 Day 4: Completed!! ✅IM SOOOO HOOTTTT!!! BUT I CANT TAKE A SHOWER RIGHT NOW BECAUSE ITS SO LATE AT NIGHT AND EVERYONE IS SLEEPING😫😫😫 One thing I did today while working out was listen to my favourite songs and it really helped. Time went by faster. I had lots of trouble doing it today because I had swimming class today so I was already sore. Teeny weeny change but not really. I feel strong 💪. Ok Byee 😁😁 Day 5: Completed!!✅ Idk why but today was extra hard.I did it earlier than usual. Maybe that’s why. I ate unhealthy yesterday:( I will only eat healthy food today😁 I’m also wet (from sweating 🤮🤮)! In two days I will measure again and hopefully there is a change. Day 6: Completed ✅ Today time went by so slow because in the middle of the workout I got a headache☹️ but I still finished it😊 tomorrow I will measure 😃 Day 7: Uncompleted❌ I couldn’t complete today because I got bit by a dog 😭😭 I tried to do it but I just couldn’t. I will try to do it tomorrow:( Day 8: Completed!!✅ I will measure today. My measurements for my right leg are 18in right leg, 19in left leg and 28in tummy😭😭 But i think i measured wrong the first time because i definitely see a change!! Day 9: Completed!!✅ I did it in the morning today before I ate breakfast and it felt way better it’s an empty stomach. Another piece of advice to do it in the morning! Stay strong everyone! I only have 5 more days!

Day 1 -✓ replaced lunging with jumping jacks . Day-2 - I had my full day fasting due to Mahashivratri 🙏, so couldn't do . Day -3 -✓ - Panting like a dog . Wooh wooh . Day -4-✓ - Pushed myself , tiring 🤪 Day -5-✓- I don't know about weight loss , but i am glowing up like i used to be in my teen days ☺️

Hey! I’m Greta and I’m pretty overweight for my age. I have been trying to lose weight, but sometimes I give up or My weight just doesn’t change. From what I’ve seen in the comment section it looks like a lot of people are like me and have lost a lot of weight in 2 weeks or 1 month. So I’m gonna be trying to do this workout as daily as I can. Starting 11th April 2023 (after Easter) I’m doing it rn because we have Easter break witch I don’t have school and I have more time to do workouts Age: 11 Weight: 59 kg (131 pounds) Height: 152,5 cm ( 5’0,5) Goal weight after 1 week: 55 kg (122 pounds) I’m doing it 1 or 2 times. I will be doing it one time because I’ve walked over 20 thousand steps! (I’ll try to update every day!) 11th April: ✔️ it was pretty hard I was sweating a lot and I was pretty tired, it went by quickly. I’ll see y’all tomorrow on April 12th! (I do recommend this workout btw!) Omg y’all believe it or not I checked my weight and I was 58 kg! I can’t believe it!! I do my workouts at night because after I won’t eat anything and gain the weight back! This is your sign to DO THE WORKOUT!! I believe in you!! 12th April:✔️ I only did half the workout, because I was pretty busy. But I hope I can do the workout more then once tomorrow! 13th April: Did the other half of yesterday! Couldn’t do more 😅 14th April: I skipped 😅 I tried to motivate myself but I was to tired! 15th April: ✔️ I did it. It felt so good to make the whole work out! I definitely am sweaty. I don't really follow a strict workout time, J2jan. For me, the ideal time would be when it fits into your schedule so you have the ability to show up everyday. It takes consistency and it needs to become a regular part of what you do in order to really see results. So remember to stay active and eat healthy along with regular exercise. I am going to do this workout 5 days a week with breaks on weekends. I’m going to update this comment weekly to share my honest results. Starting weight: 79kg. Wish me luck! Day 1: I didn’t expect this workout to be so tiring. I can feel my abs and leg muscles working and I didn’t expect that at all. According to my apple watch I ended up burning twice as many calories as shown on video!

I’m gonna do this exercise for a week and keep on giving updates (LIKE THIS COMMENT SO I CAN KEEP ON UPDATING PLZ OR ILL LOSE THIS COMMENT) Day 1: the exercise itself was pretty easy but my thighs literally gave up I got a muscle cramp as well it hurt a lot and also my thighs are burning but hopefully day two goes good (current weight 52kg and goal is 48kg)
