I started these exercises end of May and after a week I saw a change. I'm still continuing doing this video and added 2 other videos to my daily routine and I'm very satisfied with the results. Thank you for bringing these easy videos to us. It really works.

youre such an inspiration natasha. i have gathered some of your videos that contain my fave exercises, & do the those every single day, my own little 45min workout of your top -to-toe exercises. to those reading this...yes it does work but you have to put the work in, its not going to work overnight. also [note to myself] dont do the exercises using a swivel chair ! lol

I have been doing HIIT workouts to loose my hip size at least 2inches…after 3months my hip size got down 1 1/2 inch…after so much pain…I don’t understand doing these simple exercises will hip size reduces🤔

Hi Natasha! does this help in getting rid of thigh saddlebags? I have had L4-L5 Slip discs since 2021 and have not been able to recover since then. Have gained almost 15 kgs. Can I do these exercises with l4 l5 Slip discs. Please let me know 😢
