This is great, but definitely not knee friendly... I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and have limited ROM in it, there are 3 exercises here that cause pain and strain on my bad knee. That deep squat at the end is impossible.

Do this for 2 weeks everyday. It's a low impact exercise, so you can do this everyday❤

Plz reply me. Squats and lunges make booty big but it also reduce legs fat. I don't want big booty but I want to reduce fat. Should I avoid lunges and squats
