13:13 At culinary school i learned that coriander and cilantro are actually the same thing- from the same plant. In the US coriander refers to the seeds of the plant and the leaves are called Cilantro, but in other parts of the world the leaves are called coriander and the seeds are called coriander seeds. I felt like a proper dumbass going to my chef and telling him 'hey we dont have any cilantro in the fridge can i use this instead? while holding a packet labelled 'coriander'. Maybe the person is from outside the US? Also, great video btw! 3 vids in a week? A blessing from the lord!

I`m personally one of the people who is generally disgusted by mayo as a condiment in many cases (on hamburgers, as a dip for fries, in meat based sandwitches), but really likes mayo in certain specefic situations (on tuna in a sandwitch, in some specific salads, as a dip for bell peppers or other raw veggies cut into strips). My whole deal regarding mayo is that I really don`t like the taste, except when it`s mixed with canned tuna or sardines (or other canned fish) to make a spread for a sandwitch, as a dip for veggies, or in a couple of vary specific salads...

I’ve never met a person who likes funk. I mean, rock/metal, rap, pop have probably the most fans nowadays, sure, lots of mostly older people like jazz, country. Ska, reggae, techno, those are all considered eccentric at least, but we all know that someone who likes that. Surprisingly lots of people like classical, ambient, folk and similiar stuff. Niche genres like breakcore, shoegaze or psychobilly all have smaller, but very dedicated fanbases. But I’ve never met a person be like “Yeah, I like funk.” I’m not saying that I’m that person, just that of all funk I’ve heard in my life, none of it seems bad enough to be so unpopular. Some funk songs slap, the musicians seem to be super talented, not just bassists, and funk metal is awesome, generally it can be fused with any other genre and sound good.

But I think having pho on a cold blustery day is by far better, as it heats u up. In other hot places like India, and Thailand (I’m sure I’m forgetting some other places that do this), but it’s very common to eat hot food on a hot sweltery day.
