the way treated RE3 seems to kinda confirm the theroy , especially how little see of original team (Jill, Barry, and Chris, no Im not counting RE7/8 since those chris in cutscenes and as extra play not story focus on him or them) of RE seems the new dev fade love of them as they focus more on Leon and Claire, which is showing more and more true at this point and its sad. I grew up with them. The way RE3R was treated made it even more confirm of theory even more as, even tho RE2R cut stuff, at least they either reimagine and added some or few new things while RE3R removed... and added nothing.

Interesting theory, but I think RE3 just happened to be the game they chose to skimp out on. RE2 remake was the first remake in that style and it would have been suicide to treat RE4 like they did with 3.

I love that Separate Ways literally ascended Ada from spy into superspy extraordinaire, the Verdugo, Lazer Room, Wesker, all these factors play into making Ada the top spy by the end of RE4. You can see and feel this shift in Ada’s modus operandi as she becomes less dependent emotionally like she was trying in Raccoon City, fully embracing her perspective as a spy. This is important because by RE6 Ada had practically gone rogue, taking arms against the high echelons of bioterrorism. Given that the “Organization” was actually cut from Ada’s story, I hope this leaves room for her to snoop on the Connections perhaps in RE9.

YESSS! Honestly, I've LONG wished to see Ada work with/meet Jill. Not only have I long felt, she may have been the one who leaked Spencer's location to the BSAA (they never said who the source was), but LiN revealed she employed Irving as an informant (and Irving was NOT loyal to Wesker or Tricell). Jill and Chris just so happened to show up the SAME night, and not long after Wesker showed up? Then when Chris was doing his digging, looking for anything on Jill, Irving just happened to leak Jill's name? I don't think that's a coincidence. Wesker covered Jill's face and body up, took advantage of the outside world thinking he was dead as well, and yet someone who's supposed to be "dead" officially is name dropped? Seemed intentional to me. I would love if they establish, Ada was the one who got Irving to do that, knowing it would catch Chris's attention and likely lead to the ruining of Wesker's plans. I say this, also because not only was there no reason for Irving to mention Jill's name, especially since it had nothing to do with smuggling bioweapons, but in that DLC, Patrick said it was important that Irving was connected to Ada (he said it was a female spy who had regular dealings with Wesker...so we KNOW it's her), and he would use him to put "info" out to lure Wesker to Spencer's location. Plus there's also the fact Chris and others already saw intel about Uroboros being some doomsday project, and Irving was also the only lead they had. I don't think Irving was simply being "careless" when he was leaking this info, IJS! He tried to get out of the situation with his gold, but Jill was sent to make him "deal" with Chris and Sheva, and by the point we see him inject himself, he had run out of options. Ada manipulating situations behind the scenes is part of how she operates, as well as her dishing out vital intel, and working toward a favorable outcome. Given she openly went against Wesker, despite knowing it would make her a target (and he threatened her multiple times in this version), it just makes so much sense to me, Ada had something to do with how things ended in ruin for Wesker. I personally prefer to believe in RE3r, Nicholai's other client wasn't Wesker, but the Connections. As this amended timeline has established the Connections has been around for a long time (Zoe's Baker Incident report documents only reaffirmed my feelings that it's related). Brandon Bailey WOULD have a personal vendetta against Spencer too (especially if he found out Spencer had his mentor, James Marcus, killed), so it makes sense. RE5r would be able to clean up some of the changes they've made to the lore (as Bailey was supposed to have been dead...or so Spencer thought). So, yeah, basically I think it would be nice to see Jill actually pick up with her "Detective work" finding out who Nicholai was working for, and essentially Ada playing a HUGE role in the series (behind the scenes), being affirmed. People forget, Ada was involved with all of this, BEFORE the other protags were. She's always in the KNOW about what's "REALLY" going on. She's a "reliable source" when it comes to intel too, and it does say something they considered her having a role in RE8 originally. Things are starting to be better connected in the lore, which I love to see. I just think it would be awesome to see a different kind of story with both of them, and Jill finding out the real reason Chris was able to find her, was because someone who was actively trying to sabotage Wesker's plans, and prevent mass casualties (uncredited), made it happen. ADA would be a name she would recognize from where it all started for her in the mansion. They could even bring John up there, since RE2r didn't mentioned him at all. The way this SW remake handled things, it just makes even more sense to me, their stories could/would be connected.

@@slickricklj It’s funny you mention RE5 and Ada, because her scrapped appearance for RE8 clearly homaged the “Plague Doctor” that Jill wore there. Which is actually a unique alter ego, because as you see it was able to conceal Jill’s identity from Chris and the BSAA. Thus why I think that Ada was set to don a similar mantle who also would have been hiding from the BSAA after RE6 in order to help Ethan takedown the Connections, who seem to be working together. It would have further made Ada a nuanced spymaster who we do see use false credentials and disguises like the FBI, BSAA, and recently as a ganados. Ada using the *Plague Doctor* meant she would have had to fully conceal her normal red clad and flirtatious nature, meaning we definitely would have gotten the cutthroat version of Ada that is a superspy by the end of RE4 after betraying Wesker. This all plays into her arch by RE6 because this is how Ada is at the top of the information chain, seeking out high echelons of bioterrorism in government is her main objective.

@@slickricklj Capcom definitely understand that Ada Wong is their spy extraordinaire, essentially the Nick Fury of the franchise, there is no other survivor in the more well connected or informed on the matter of corruption than Ada because it is where her character dwells, the shadows. It’s what I wish they would have done similarly with Jill during her “sabbatical” who should have been using her position as co-founder of the BSAA to secretly investigate them in her downtime. Like she began doing with STARS/Umbrella before the outbreak. Leaving her next appearance to setup a much larger information dump, but they never used her “off time” at all narratively. If I were in the studio I’d pair Jill, Claire, and Ada in a spinoff game or miniseries. Jill a super agent, Ada a superspy, and Claire an investigator, they all compliment each other’s work and perspective. They probably wouldn’t even have to meet directly given how Ada operates, leaving Jill and Claire to pick up a trail after Ada. Set it between the 2000’s and 2010’s and make it a government thriller so the story doesn’t have to be revealed until it’s told like Infinite Darkness.

@@TheRealAdaWong Mhmm. I thought that was an interesting choice to make, design wise. Yeah, my main issue with waiting on Jill to return was, I felt like they would gloss over her story, and have wasted the years she was missing. Chris can go 6 months without all of his memory, drinking frequently at a bar,, have a side hustle in a foreign country, he was "running from his past," and even wanted to retire in the end, but he's "fine" @ the end. He can even be pushed onto the battlefield when he's still not there all the way. Meanwhile, Jill has to have 6 years WASTED? Death Island didn't really explore her properly either. I seriously hope there's just some oversight there, or a game retcons that, because I find it unacceptable, Jill hadn't been on a BSAA mission properly since the Spencer Estate, meaning she lost almost a whole decade, with nothing to show for it. Like, she invited Barry to join the BSAA in an advisory role, and they also said SHE set him up to get his new Samurai Edge model (and this is post RE5). I don't put much stock into the films anyway, so hopefully the games continue to produce more thoughtful content. And HA! I actually imagined Jill is collaborating with Chris and the Hound Wolf Squad (maybe other remaining founding members), and she may have been one of the agents Zoe said she was in contact with. There's so many things for them to get into still. The corruption in the BSAA, The connections, the re-established Umbrella ( and Alex whenever she plays her hand in Natalia's body etc). Yeah, honestly, I want to see them continue to give the ladies better LEAD roles, with substance. That would be something to see. Those three working together to resolve something, even if like you said, Ada stays in the shadows, not making direct contact with them.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Separate Ways is mesmerizing in its scope, duration, full of quality content, story and music. Capcom did a great and cool job for this game, and it deserves its own place as a main game. They did a horror action movie blockbuster.This is a 💣 of the year . I enjoyed SW more than RE4R. The most epic and favorite moment is where Ada flies through lasers and Chonker Regenerador dies by those lasers. It was mega cool slow mo and it's really in the spirit of Resident Evil that should be shown in cinemas. The music is also very cool, it gives a fighting spirit and in the moment, you personally want to get into this universe of zombies and fight with them....👊🏻🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️ I really enjoyed this game and the walkthrough. The best Remake of all Remakes. For 10$ it's very affordable for many RE fans and players, for that money I drink coffee with a sweet😂. Who did not like this DLC , guys I sympathize you, you just have no taste and interest in life. Antony thanks for playing the game, I wish you an army of followers and a career like Mr.Beast has. ✨⭐
