Bro, if you are in a quarantine facility in the Philippines for more than a week, there is a BIG chance that you are a positive case. I spent 22 days in quarantine facility only to know i was a positive case when i arrived. Follow it up. Kulitin mo sila. In my understanding kaya tumatagal diyan sa facility dahil inuubos na nila yung quarantine period mo at recovery mo. So, less chance or hindi ka na makahawa tutal andiyan ka na rin sa facility eh.
