Incantation - Profanation (Guitar cover)

Absolute banger of a track. John made a right decision to shelve it until he formed Incantation instead of discarding it. This track to Incantation is like Black Magic to Slayer, it established the band as another game changer in the death metal scene at the time. Anyway, can you cover the song of the same name by Desaster? It's also a good song ^^

Definitely agree there mate. Profanation really is one of those 'defining tracks'. Haven't actually heard that track, though I've seen the bands name around a fair bit. I'll check it out bud 🤙

I checked it out. Seems like it's more on the blackened thrash side of things? Wasn't massively into it, but I think I'll have to give the whole record a spin to get a better idea of them. Appreciate the recommendation though mate.

@hieioni3354 Nah, I definitely appreciate the recommendation, mate. Usually not terribly big on anything blackened (Myrkskog, Zyklon, Belphegor and Devian would be the exceptions there). But that said, there were parts of that track that I did enjoy, so I reckon I will check out the rest of that reord before I make up my mind.
