Yes the link is where I purchased the wand from. They were friendly and sent emails when it was shipped along with a track number. I emailed them and they were quick to respond.

Also - the paper should be completely dry. It is packed moist with water to keep it from accidentally flashing off in shipping.

The other wand I got the paper was very brittle and fell apart when you touched it. I think that is why it did not work well. The paper that came with this wand was dry like tissue paper.

I have no clue. I will guess the more you use it the more the coil will burn so I guess it depends on how much you use it.

Well bought one as a gift and it’s a bust. The button is basically falling off and after drying the paper it just smokes. Not worth buying unfortunately

Experiment with how tightly you pack the paper - use a small wood dowel for this. It shoots farther and makes a louder noise as you pack it tighter. Dont know what would happen if you over pack. My wand came with a wooden tool for packing the paper.
