I LITERALLY WAS ABOUT TO PROCRASTINATE TO WATCH THIS VIDEO
@phurbutsering448510 ай бұрын
I will tell a simple thing about procrastination. Think WHY you are procrastinating. It's usually because of fear, or anxiety about something (for me it usually was something on the lines of "I don't know if I will be able to do it". If it is true, fight it. Mentally fight that fear or anxiety. Challenge it. Don't fight the procrastination. Fight that fear. All the 2 minutes rules are made so you won't feel that fear too much or it will feel less burdensome.
@person_11559 ай бұрын
might sound dumb but, how do you fight the fear, i know why it is but have wasted tremendous amount of time

i think the way to fight it is to just do it, just start, but whats something i struggle with too@@person_1155

This man is realistically looking at what we can do and what we can’t. Damn why are there so little of people like him? Getting back here in 2 weeks to add a routine for the rest of the day, not just mornings, and to share my experience! Edit: So today 10 days have passed - I wasn’t expecting these results. Since I started doing this, I’m doing actually good in music school, also, I stopped eating sweets / snacks and stopped wasting time on my phone, allowing myself only to watch one episode of anime per day, so that I have something to look forward to, but all the other time I only read books and play Chess. I also started enhancing my memory and other related things. I also started working out, and took up learning kickboxing as a martial art. Waking up at 5 AM literally changed me. THANK YOU!!!

i'm twelve and your videos help me so much to understand my situation and how to improve. My generation is in a bad position and I feel like I really want to be better, think better, and not fall into ignorance like the poor kids around me are. I don't want anybody to think i'm saying that "i'm better than the others!", I just mean it in a positive way, to also influence the others around me into growing as a sane and healthy person like I want to do. But I sometimes feel like I can't do this or that, such as waking up earlier because I'm scared that i will be judged, and if not, i just really don't know how to put it into words. Usually I prepare to go to school 5 days a week and every morning I open my phone to listen to music while i get ready and seeing this video made me wonder if I should stop doing that. Music is very important to me and it helps me getting inspired for the day. But I don't know how to fix this. There's just doubt. I hope I can get advice with this comment and that I just haven't wasted my time typing. Thank you Incognito Ceo, I love your videos.

its been 3 months since i saw this video and i remembered it now trust me it was the most useful advice i ever took in my entire life now i feel like iam not just a waste of oxygen in this world ive been always doing things that actually was a bit more fun than the things i had to do like studying or having a hobby but trust me developping urself is fun too bcuz of the developement that u see everyday makes u more motivated everytime dont get me wrong its been hard at first to keep doing this thing ive always quitted in the first 2 months but later it just turned into my actual routine for example i wake up at 6 before school stars (it starts at 8am) i go wash my face and do the normal things that everybody do when they wakes up and the phone should be shutted down that time i go and study for like 30mins-1hour depends and the rest is time for playing a bit and having fun before going to school and eats breakfast when i get home i give myself around 2 hours of rest like playing video games or guitar and after that i study the lessons i studied that day and summurize them and the rest of the day i spend it doing whatever i wants in general guys dont lose hope ik it can be a bit hard to start making a good routine to be consistent with but force urself at first after that ull see the results goodluck everyone i hope all the best for u all

My headaches stopped bothering me, I have not been once late to school, I understood teachers and got a hold of my school life, I just enjoyed every morning and did my things without panicking and rushing. Overall it was a big change, even if it sounds hard to believe it helped me a lot. ❤

I somehow managed to get a consistent routine while doing an internship abroad, but when I came back I again started struggling with procrastination. Just yesterday before going to sleep I realized that it's probably because I had a ± fixed schedule at work, but back home my lectures start and finish at different times every day. And I thought that I need to make routines myself if they're not prompted by my work/school schedules. And today when I woke I saw a notification for this video. Fateful 😂 Anyways, thanks for the video
