Honestly, since I have been lifting weights and doing some cardio, focused more on weight training, I feel so much better. I am 48 years old. I almost went and got on HRT but decided not to because I feel better from working out.

I've been doing all of this for almost one year and yes I feel amazingly well my testosterone levels are probably very high. The only other things that I do apart from all the list in the video are taking low doses of black maca, ginger and mucuna 4 to 5 times per week

@@abdullahalrai I use dry powders (no extracts or concentrated just the raw powder). 5gr of black or yellow maca, 3gr of ginger and 1gr of mucuna pruriens. I put the mucuna and maca on shakes and mask the flavor with cocoa or fruits although their flavor is not bad at all. For the ginger I simply mix it with a very small amount of warm water in a small glass and drink it fast as a tequila shot because I don't like the taste. If you are taking any prescription meds talk to your doctor before using any supplement

Really excellent informative video post. I would say the argument regarding excessive sleep (more than 10 hours) is a red herring. This info has been in circulation for a long time. I would say excessive sleep is a symptom rather than a cause. People sleeping in excess of 10 hours are sleeping beyond their requirements. If they are teenagers or doing extreme labouring it’s fine it’s just adequate recovery. But for 99 % it’s a sign of sleeping beyond the needs. This would suggest imo depression, excessive alcohol excessive drugs or a poor attitude to life such that you wish to sleep because you don’t want to face the waking state aka life. So, it’s the wrong way around, it’s not the sleep per se it’s the reason for the excessive sleep, an unhealthy life, and consequently an unhealthy outcome. Just my 2 cents, takes nothing away from this excellent video, cheers.

BPA is only one of the ingredients that lower your testosterone. There are other similar stuff like BPS that do basically the same thing - decrease your testosterone - and BPA-free products have more of the similar-to-BPA-like stuff liks BPS, which means they are not really any better

How to increase testosterone natrual way? Go outside, bring some boxing gloves and ask random dudes on the street to hard spar. Swing them hands. Or, just go outside and cause a shit scene and fight someone, jump out of the plane with instructor aka skydiving, bungeejump or whatever that boost your adrenaline at insane levels. In short story, live a goddamn life to the fullest and avoid these kind of "how to" videos.
