We Had A Shotgun Contest With BioSteel! | Hockey Goalie Training VLOG

Welcome back to another on ice goalie vlog. In this video, we had an awesome training session with Cole, drilling him on difficult tracking drills throughout the entire session. We also had a few shoot out competitions as well as our first BioSteel shotgun competition on the ice.

I love Cole's unwavering confidence! You'd think that he would "bet" less push-up's with his track record on push-up determining shots, but he knows that he is a good goaltender. He knows that his actual goaltending ability is solid so he's willing to "bet" more, even if his ability to stop the special push-up shot challenges isn't on point. Atta boy keep up the good work!

Pretty darn cool. I’m not sure if I would absolutely love this style of coaching or if I’d be waiting for you in the parking lot, but damn sure I’d be a better goalie when we’re done. Big props to the keep, too. He’s got skills and a great attitude.
