Id love to live in the forest or mountain community. Its so beautiful. I do get nervous with the whole key money thing bc whats stopping people from getting evicted so key money can be charged again to a new tenant? If i pay 30k in key money i want to die there! Not rent one year then leave. Im not saying its a scam just something id be leary of. I am very impressed by the size of the lots and the low rent as long as it stays low. With all the new things being put in hopfully that wouldnt raise the rent too much. Im not a hater and its not fair to label people as such for voicing concerns. When you invest and give a large sum of money you have every right to ask questions and comment. I do love watching randy and amanda! I tell a lot of people about this business and the gorgeous tiny homes! Just watching this i have great respect for what randy has set forth to do. Thats what sets great achievers out from others they take scary chances. The amount of work hes taken on is a huge undertaking with lots of investors breathing down his neck. Hopefully he didnt bite off too much.

The scammer does everything by private messaging. That's NOT how ITH operates. Call ITH directly. The phone number is on the ITH website. You'll be talking with office and sales staff, not Randy. The scammer doesn't do phone calls because he has a foreign accent.

I agree with the non refundable deposit bc you can knock someone else out of the deals. You then have a month to fiver all your add ons in then you get the total. The deposit goes towards your purchase unless you back out. I have personally witnessed Randy give away a tiny house and have a video of it. This was an amazing weekend and was a long time ago. People should call your number. Do not click on links in any texts or emails even if it appears to be from someone you know. This goes for texts that appear to come from your bank. Call them or go to their website to handle any business. This stuff is happening everywhere in every type of business.

It certainly is. It's amazing how many scams they have cooked up on social media and on our email as well. I get all kinds of stuff. The latest is promising me a 130€ tax rebate, just click on the link...well, I don't pay taxes here in France, I pay them in the US, so it's obviously fake. But there are plenty of people who must fall for it. I'm suspicious of anything that doesn't come from a familiar address.

Last year when I raised money for my husband (he had advanced brain cancer) and my loyal listeners, who love us, sent in money to help us. A scammer opened a channel with an underscore _ with my channel name. I warned everyone just as you did. As far as I know, no one fell for it. Thank goodness! Bob used to love watching you guys. We laughed so hard those times Amanda would be yelling at Randy out on the Mountain roads! I have those memories forever. Thank you.

Glad to hear you are looking into expanding to other states. I would like to recommend north Florida - Ocala area and north to the GA border. Florida allows larger tiny homes not to exceed 599 square feet - perfect for a ground level, one story, cottage floor plan with 2 bedrooms (one could be an office or craft room), one larger bath and a wrap around porch to enjoy the Florida winters! I would move there in a heartbeat!! Super outstanding job on everything you have accomplished thus far Randy and the Team!! LOVE your dedication and enthusiasm!!

@@leslie6189 Well it does not have to be a all or nothing. If you offer water and the power grid when they get it to the communities, they may let you. You can offer like they do here in fl. Solar panels that feed back to the power grid. Right now the town doesn't have a large enough grid. so do a work around until they can get the grid there. they may just go for it. That way you are still paying taxes on those houses....Towns like money coming in!!!

@@louiseperkins386 THAT'S A GREAT IDEA... if the utility company or county would go for it!!! We have that program here too... You use solar to generate your own power, but are hooked to the grid. The excess power you generate goes to the grid, and you receive a monetary credit for that power. Then in the winter when your solar is less effective, you draw from the grid, using up your credit or paying towards any excess you use from the grid. I believe there is also still a small monthly fee for being connected to the grid as well. A system like that might work well in Cocke County... Especially if ITH were able to get some of their solar packages endorsed by the county... Then they could sell stand alone systems to brick and mortar home owners as well.. This would also feed the power grid for the county...

I purchased 3 homes from ITH. I picked up my 3rd and last from this company today, never again. The equipment placement was changed on my 3rd home, water heater was moved from loft to fridge location by the entry door, without being notified. This change messed up my entire plan for the home and takes up space we needed for planned fridge equipment and countertop space to eat at. The previous 2 homes were missing exterior outlets noted in the contract, which became a big deal as we needed the outlets to keep the water line feeds from freezing, we did not find out till the night of freezing temps and had to go buy extra long extension cords to run from another site. One of the first 2 homes had a sizeable dent that went the entire length of the home. We had one tire that went flat not even 25 miles down the road due to 10 screws in the tire from ITH. We were also missing the handle on the tongue jack on one of the first units, it may have fallen off during transit. Brian did his best to make it right when I picked up the third home but in the end they still lost a customer. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. My wife is upset, who planned all the homes in advance. Brian mentioned upon pickup a video was made noting the change, sorry ITH I do not have time to watch all the videos and a change like this should have been followed with a phone call. In the end I'm stuck with a 16 ft RJO I will be happy to sell for what we paid for it or better Randy you can buy it back. Put yourself in my shoes after spending almost 60k and being given something you did not expect. If this makes me a hater than a hater be I.

I did inspect the homes, however there should be some form of quality control by ITH before the home leaves the shop floor. How would anyone know if the minisplits work or every outlet work until they hook it up? A confirmed checklist from ITH showing the customer it has been checked would help. The first 2 homes were picked up at the same time in the rain, its not like we had conditions to fine tooth comb the homes covered in rain. Was I supposed to climb under the homes in the rain in gravel to check for the outlets or screws in the tires or should a checklist be provided by ITH to the customer showing these items have been confirmed by a shop worker they have been installed or damage has been noted before delivery? I understand things happen, but when compounded it tends to raise eyebrows. Point is homes are leaving ITH with issues and major changes not communicated with customers. I can change a tire, add an outlet, and replace a tongue jack. I can't replumb an entire home to move the water heater to where it was communicated at the time of purchase. We use these homes to provide low income housing for those who can't afford rents in our area so they can live where they work. They don't have to be perfect, however it would be nice to have a major component of the home installed where it was told it would be installed at the time of purchase....not where you are supposed to put the fridge. The first two homes were purchased on special the same day. The third was purchased a few days later so there was no way to know. The first 2 homes were picked up in November. The third was not available to pickup until 7 months later. We were told all 3 would be ready in November......I guess the proof was in the pudding.

Did you communicate this information to everyone who has a house and a lease for the mountain? I love the homes you build! I’m in love with the incredicottage. I could never relocate. Like Amanda, I live in the same town I was born in my home is just 4 houses away from the home I grew up in. Amanda I know you understand, but I would love to have the incredicottage to place on my daughter’s property in Brimfield. I recently lost my husband and best friend of 45 yrs and my other daughter will get our home and I just want a place of my own. And I’ve looked at other tiny home builders and your homes are just architecturally beautiful! It snowed here in southern Massachusetts all day. No accumulation just messy. Thanks for the info. I am so happy when I see there is a new Incredible Tiny Home video! We have redbud trees in Kansas also. They look so pretty amongst the other trees on the mountain. The crabapple trees will be very beautiful as they grow. My Grandma Jessie had a crabapple tree in her front yard. My cousins, sister and I would pick small branches off when it was blooming and carry them in our arms like we were queens. I wanted to have one in our yard, but my husband wanted a Bradford pear tree. Now in Kansas they have been banned from being sold because they are invasive. Our daughter who lives in North Carolina calls them weed trees because there is a "forest" of them in back of them. The blooms don't smell good like crabapple tree blossoms.

Bradford pears are trash trees. Weak wood and short lives. The week of blooms doesn't make up for the disadvantages. Your Crab apple is a much better choice.

@@M.Campbell I think the reason we have a Bradford pear tree is because his parents had one in their front yard.....It was quite large and blew over in a Kansas windstory! We also live in Kansas. Our tree is growing and nice shaped. Maybe wind will get it and we can get a crabapple tree then!🤔

Many people have reported to FB and nothing happens. Maybe a few thousand more can report it's pretending to be another company. The "admin" info shows the guy is the "admin" for 3 different fb pages - Incred Tiny Homes, Randy Jones Originals, and I forgot the 3rd one. Same scumbag for all 3.

As a real estate agent, I have to warn my buyers and sellers to confirm with the title company by calling them after receiving an email for the wiring instructions for the closing. Our company even has a disclosure warning about wiring fraud that we have our clients sign. Anybody that has bought a tiny home with Incredible Tiny Homes needs to call the number that Randy and Amanda has given on the videos to make sure that their money is going to the right place. There's so much scamming and hacking going on right now, it makes me sick!
