Ancient or the Orthodox ways has 64 swing types...and each swing has its own breathing...more importantly there is a thing which the Orthodox or the old ways do....before swinging the club, Meypadam... even there is a math for setting the weight of ur club....As the same strengthens the Central nerves system...But people also do it the other ways too...do not know which is more beneficial...

What is a Modern Mudgar? Get a 2-inch-thick steel rod or staff that is 36-48 inches long and weld or super glue some plates onto it? If I can't find someone, might as well make it. Not as beautiful as wood, but it works. A wooden cylinder with wooden plates good, maybe some polishing as well.

I, hereby declare, that the Balinese people are living on an island not only literally but also metaphorically, claiming ideas that float to them as their own, not knowing that there is a world outside of the island where the ideas are coming from. I hereby also declare that the Mudgar is not a Balinese invention it is in fact Bharatiy. In fact I declare that literally every cultural on the island that is also a cultural item in Bharat, also came from Bharat. Prove me wrong with facts or Sue me.

It's simple to make things hard, and it takes time to make what is hard simple. One saying I often hear in my life is 'You make that look easy,' and the same goes for what you do. Hypertrophy of muscle will happen, however this is a combination of strength and cardio (you will burn way more calories with this than say normal barbell training). However the more you use, muscle will grow, and you will be able to slowly move bigger and stronger mudgars.
