Extremely very very very useful video it is. Wowww! So nicely u r telling about this intermittent fasting. I was so engrossed with this video so I forgot to off the gas stove where milk was boiling. There is no difference between white rice & brown rice Plz chek the nutritional value on goggle Brown rice just contains some extra fiber that's it The Glycemic index is the same So plz dont get scarred of white rice It is NECESSARY Check out videos of Zealocity U'll understand
