Just a quick note to my vegan friends! While this saag curry is completely vegan, I do slap on a soft-boiled egg on the plate at the end of this video at about the 5:05 mark if you want to avoid.

Blessings from Chicago. All of these wonderful ingredients are plentiful at the camera markets. I'm ready for this recipe. I love swag gosht. I use oyster mushrooms instead of meat. Thank you for sharing.
