whenever extended family sleep over our house I end up sleeping very little and i notice the effect it has on my mood and eating habits straight away 😢 I really want to stay up all night with them chatting etc but when i remember the terrible hangover i go to sleep straight away 😂

I have same experience. I have personal problem because of that i didn't sleep well most but I was most of time in bed only. Soon i feel like vomiting, breathing problems, my head was numb and overweight, weakness

Hamara pm Modi kehta hai wo Sirf 4 ghante sota hai. Firr to ab tak mr modi ko upar pahunch Jaana chahiye. Sleep deprivation problem k level Har ek k liye alag alag hota hai. Few months ago another doctor said kitne ghante sote ho se jyada important ye hai ki kitni gehri neend ka duration hai
