Normally you never come to know what feedback your old company has given. If they feel cheated, they'll shout. But then, your new company should understand the situation and who's in fault. In most cases, new companies don't care much about your previous company's feedback. If they liked your profile and decided to give you job, they'll do it.

Agar new company mein Relieving aur experience letter maangenge to aap unse keh sakte hain ki company aapko letter nahi de Rahi thi par aapne apna notice period pura complete Kiya hai. Uss email ko sambhal ke rakhna aur uska printout apne new company mein submit karna hoga. Job mil jayegi.

Ismey kaafi waqt lag jaayega aur mere experience se Issey aapko haasil kuch nahi hoga. IT Companies in cheezon par dhyaan nahi deti kyoki unko pata hain aap yeh jyada der Tak nahi ladoge. Ismey aapke paise bhi kharch honge. Aur jab Tak kuch settlements nahi hota aap doosre job par nahi jaaoge. Isiliye soch samajh kar step lijiye.

First of all, it won't affect your career at all. If uan is not active, it means it was not fulfilled by your last company, no salary information is added. If you're joining big organisation like Infosys, HCl etc. then they'll do bg check, in that case you clearly put this information in your resume. But if you're applying for startup or small companies, you don't need to mention that anywhere as they don't do bg check at all. So don't worry. All the best

5 days is not a considerable duration in any company. If they've created a PF in your name - it means the total working day is also mentioned in the PF. Print it and present it in front of new company. No need of releiving letter. The HR will accept it. All the best.

Aapke bete ko salary kaise milti thi, agar online milti thi ki aap uska bank statement share kar sakte hai jismey dikhayi dega ki company ne salary transfer Kiya hai. 2. Sir plg reply kijiyega Maine ek insurance company mein sales manager post pe kaam kia 1 year and 10 month due to managers and hr's harassment i resigned. Resignation approove ho gaya aur uss email nein likha tha ki mera last working day is 27 feb 2024 kyun ki notice period tha 3 month ka. But maine 1month serve kia uske baad nahin kar paya due to health issues aur maine hr ko v mail kia bar bar ki mujhe relieve kardijiye main notice period serve nahin karpaunga. Usne mujhe releive nahin kia walki mujhe absconding letter bhej dia 2 month baad uske baad mujhe system se nikal dia. Abhi problem hai ki maine ek new company mein join kia hun 3 month hogaya hai aur maine apne taraf se ek releving letter bana ke company ko de dia hun but company balon ne mujhe aaj email karte hain ki previous company bolraha hai ki aap ka last working day is january 22 , 2024 but aap ne jo doccument dia hai usme last working say hai 27 feb, 2024. Abhi company mujhe maang raha hai ek confirmation email to qualify my given date but previous company ka hr nahin de raha ab main kya karun plg suggest me. Because have very much need of this job. Plg suggest me main kya karun jisse meri job bach jae. Plg reply its actually urgent.

Yeh main samajh gaya ki aapko job ki bahut jyada jaroorat hain - par aapne galat step liya isiliye aap pakde gaye. Aapne pehli galti yeh ki aapne fake relieving letter banaya - jo aapke future mein kaam nahi aayega. Doosri galti yah ki aapne 3 month notice serve nahi kiya. Jab current company ko pata chalega ki aapne fake relieving letter submit kiya hain to woh waise bhi aapko terminate kar denge. Aur aapne previous company ka notice serve nahi kiya isiliye woh aapko kabhi serve nahi karenge. Insurance, Finance, Banking sectors mein background verification bahut deep hota hain jismey 3-4 mahine lagte hain. Ab aapko confirmation email nahi milega to aapki yeh job bhi jaayegi. Iska solution to nahi hain par aap try kar sakte ho - Previous company ko bolo ki mujhe releiving letter 27th Feb 2024 ka dedo aur main usey purchase kar loonga. Aisa hota hain - Aap kuch pay karke unse relieving letter le sakte hain. Aur please yeh fake letter aage kahi bhi nahi submit karna hain - Aapka future kharab ho jaayega.

Working for 2 weeks doesn't get consider as experience. You better don't inform the new company about this 2 week experience otherwise you'll need a convincing reason to tell why you left that job in such short span.

agar aapne notice period serve nahi kiya to koi baat nahi par agar aapki nayi company ne relieving letter maanga to aap kya karoge. Uss case mein nayi company aappar koi legal action nahi legi par aapko job chodne ke liye bolegi. aap nayi company ke HR se saari baat clear kar le. aapko relieving letter nahi chahiye par aapki nayi company ko aur future ke nayi companies ko chahiye hoga.

Nahi, bilkul nahi. Aap manually kuch bhi change mat karo, kyoki aapka background verification hua to aapki yeh job chali jaayegi. Aap apne purane HR se baat karke dekho, unsey kaho ki agar woh help nahi kar sakte to aap ek unko ek mail karo saari problems ki aur unse kaho ki woh sirf reply mein confirmation de de ki aap jo kah rahi hain woh theek hain. Jab aapne unse 3 taarikh rakhne ko kaha tab aapne kya unhe mail kiya tha ya verbally bola tha - agar mail kiya tha to uski copy aap apne naye HR ko bhej sakti hain - ya phir aap apne purane HR ka number naye HR ke saath share kar sakti hain. Aap apni current HR se kaho ki yeh miscommunication hua hain. Lekin kuch bhi manually aur fake nahi karna - aapki job chali jaayegi. Agar aapne sab sach sach bataya hain to BGV mein kuch fasna nahi chahiye - kyoki aapne kehne ke anusaar hi unlogo ne aapka BGV kiya hoga. Aapne kuch chupaya hain to clearly bata dijiye. Iss case mein aapko kuch nahi karna hai - Aapki salary slip aur PF Details share karein.
