It would be amazing if one day you would share your timings too, based on colder climate zone (5a Neversink is I believe) and how to care to make best use of tomatoes, or anything for that fact, when season is a bit shorter and if you have unheated greenhouse for example. Pinching tops and other tips, keeping greenhouse ventilated vs colder temperature. Inter-planting or seeding for winter garden. Thank you for all you share!

Curious if polytunnels are a good idea in zone 7a/7b? Wouldn't it make it too hot inside?
