Bought a 2020 silver sport. It might not have the features of a Mercedes or as boujee of an interior but it’s super comfortable and fun to drive. And frankly the Bose sound system is really nice.

17 Silver Sport here, full bolt ons and tune. Other than the serpentine belt issue car has been good. Also I agree unless you get the sport model like I did, the look of the older non RedSport models look basic. Love the sport bumper package mine came with🙌

Heads up comparing the 2019 to the 2020. The 2020's got apple car play. Wired only from the factory but in 2021 most owners did a free dealership upgrade to wireless apple car play. I have a 2020 silver sport and love the car

The 2022+ Q50 models now come with standard luxuries, including a 16-speaker Bose stereo system, leather upholstery, a power-adjustable steering column, and a full suite of active safety features that were part of packages before. I also have standard wireless Apple CarPlay. The power steering wheel tilt is a pretty amazing feature that I didn't think was a big deal before. My 22 Q is also Racebox tuned so it kicks butt at the drag. I only have 24k miles.

There are 18s out there for slightly more. You may be able to negotiate down. If you're considering the 16, get an inspection at a nissan/infiniti dealer.

Anybody wanting a VR30 stick to 2020+. Just because of the updated infotainment system and how the packaging system has changed. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto is standard from this point onward. DO NOT get a 2019. I’ve seen way too many lower specked q50’s without rear sensors, adjustable lumbar w/ front sensors only and dealers ask way too much compared to a 2017 w/ Bose almost standard, and with rear and front sensors. 2018s at the very least I’ve seen more with the proassist package and still have that 2018+ refresh.

I just got a 2019 red sport with sensory pkg for 27500 and 39k miles. Missing the adaptive cruise and lane assist features but has most everything else. Wanted 2020 for the updated screen but this was hard to pass on and the screen is good. I can put car play and android auto in if I choose. They sell kits that are pretty decent and not badly priced and pretty easy to install

No mechanical issues & hasn’t skipped a beat, proper maintenance & care for a turbo charged car is all it needs. 5k oil changes, check oil/coolant/belt regularly (it’s good practice) & enjoy. Great platform to start modifying in terms of cosmetics & performance. Be strategic about your build & or goal, but don’t cut corners 💯🙏 @my60rs ✌️
