Have you considered using ice cube trays for the Habanero peppers, easier to pop out for quick use . No need to wait for it to thaw

Sisi invest in a vacuum sealer, it keeps food fresher for longer in the freezer without freezer burn, we freeze Yam, plantain, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, dried fish, suya spice, egusi almost all ingredients we get from Nigeria. Meal prepping & storing is bomb especially living outside nigeria

Try gourmet party style egusi.You fry the egusi with tomato puree you can add garlic thyme, basil, I even add rosemary. Remember it is only small quantities. With a hint of curry powder. You can use bitter leaf whao it is a win win.
