Using the fiber to the home of bsnl for past 13 years in Ernakulam. I had issues only once in the past. But got it rectified in two days. In between modem upgraded to speedy one in 2021 and now using it for hd videos use in tv and streaming in mobile. No issues so for personally.

നിലവിൽ ഞാൻ bsnl ൻ്റെ 499 രൂപയുടെ പ്ലാൻ gst അടക്കം 589 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് അതിൽ എനിക്ക് 50MB/s 1000 GB ആണ് കിട്ടുന്നത് എനിക്ക് നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞ 499+GST 60MB/s 3000GB പ്ലനിലോട്ട് മാറുവാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ..??

_BSNL കൊള്ളാം എന്റെ കുറച്ച് സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അവർ പറഞ്ഞത്: Speed ഉണ്ട്, പിന്നെ എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ Customer Care ൽ register ചെയ്യാം ചില്ലപ്പോ അപ്പോ തന്നെ ശരിയാവും അഥവാ ശരിയാവുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് നമ്മുടെ side ൽ തന്നെ ഉള്ള പ്രശ്നം ആവാം, 2021 ൽ connection എടുത്ത ഒരു സുഹൃത്ത് പറഞ്ഞത modem കൊണ്ട് വച്ച local കേബിൾ ടിവി operator ആരുന്നു അവരുടെ modem 2024 ആയപ്പോ പോയി അതിനു ശേഷം BSNL ൽ ചെന്ന് കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർ പുതിയ Modem കൊടുത്തു, എല്ലാം ശരിയായി എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്._ *ഏത് connection ആയാലും, Subscribers കൂടിയാൽ connection slow ആകും.*

Ayyo don't go for it if u r going to use it for business or work purpose that will require uninetupted connction. At fisrt it was ok now worst. I am in city area in trivandrum. If there is any connectivity issue it will take days (I have experienced more than a week) to fix. I took bsnl ftth sothat I can retain my landline number now I regert.

@@zeroplus143 ഞാൻ 4 വർഷം ആയി KV ബ്രോഡ്ബൻഡ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. അവർ തന്നെ ആണ് bsnl ലും തരുന്നത്.40 mbps ന്റെ താണ്. ഒരു വർഷ പാക്കേജ് ആണ് ഞാൻ എടുക്കാറ്. ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഇല്ല.40 എന്നാൽ 50 വരെ കാണിക്കും. ഇപ്പോൾ അതെ സ്കീം സ്പീഡ് 50 kbps ആക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്, അതെ റേറ്റിൽ.
