One thing I love to use for recovery are voodoo floss bands. Wrap those muscles as tight as you want and they still work the fascia like foam rollers. They also help with ROM when you stretch with them wrapped. Definitely recommend floss bands!

Hey man. Do you think you could cover key differences between SEALs and Green Berets in depth? Such as missions, skill sets, etc. Maybe even bring a SEAL on to talk with you? Researching info over the internet only gets you so far and can’t compare to a guy that’s done the job. I am currently in college and trying to make a decision between the two for when I get out. It's just called a sleep schedule there is no green beret sleep schedule unless your talking about how much you get in selection. After it's on you, and how you manage your time. Are there ways to prevent hearing loss in the military, is it inevitable?
@Jeds_Ded
@Jeds_Ded 3 жыл бұрын
Sadly, the military doesn’t focus on proper hearing loss prevention, it’s been a problem for a while, myself and a lot of guys buy peltors or walkers, any type of electronic headset, it’s an investment, they seem like a waste but it depends weather you want to hear when people talk or not
@snakeenjoyingacanofbeans5219

My hearing loss is way less significant than others I deployed with for one simple reason: I kept my earplugs in an accessible location. If shooting starts, be able to put them in.

Unrelated to the video, but I was curious about how you would compare the ACR with the HK416 in terms of usability for special forces. The ACR gets compared to the SCAR a lot, but I'm hard pressed to find any other comparisons. I know you probably have not had much experience with either, but I thought you could offer some interesting insights with your perspective as a former green beret.

Hey brother, I was discharged back in 2009 during OSUT as an 11B. I was wondering if you had any advice specifically for people with patella femoral syndrome? I thought maybe you had seen quite a few guys suffer with the same injury going through the infantry, rasp, selection, etc. After listening to your story of being dropped from ranger selection I could really relate. I’ve always had the desire to finish what I started, but admittedly feared I would meet the same end. Anyways, I decided to not be a turd and make anymore excuses. I’ll be 32 soon and am executing on my plans to reenlist. I run a 10 K about three or four times a week and have ran a couple half marathons, but my knee pain will flare up every once in a while. No problems rucking or any other PT. I stretch and foam roll, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been a subscriber since the beginning and appreciate everything you do, man. Thanks.
