Probably one of the hardest thigh workouts I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD. My legs were shaking and screaming.
So what's a pyramid workout you ask? Basically we start with 1 rep only of each of the six moves then work our way up to 10 reps, and then work our way back to 1! If you did the math.. yep, that's 100 REPS. PER MOVE. OMG. The moves are:
1. Froggers
2. Sideways Scissors
3. Leg Circles (Right)
4. Windshield wipers (Right)
5. Leg Circles (Left)
6. Windshield Wipers (Left)

Cassey you're so creative! You never stop to amaze me. I've been working out with you for 5 years and even though I go to the a lot gym and take different classes there I always come back to you to do a home workout. You literally taught me so much about good technique and showed me so many amazing moves. Can't wait to do this pyramid workout!

I love these challenges because they always motivate me, like "Can I do it?!" So great. And I am so looking forward to the stretching month, stretching has been my new focus now so it is hilarious how right timing you have! :) I usually do Blogilates videos at home but sometimes at gym too!

My legs feel so weak!! But I got it through the entire workout. I'm so proud of myself. Have been doing blogilates for about 5 months and the changes in my body are clear. I'm writing from my floor, can't feel my legs but damn that was worth it. Honestly, after the second 6 it gets so much easier even though your legs are way more heavy than at the beginning. The 7 to 10 to 7 was the worst because longer. I was ready to stop at 10 but I felt like stopping just after the difficult part wasn't right, so I continued and I'm so proud!

Okay so I've been experiencing *the worst* knee pain and need to see a physiotherapist because I was pushing myself as a result of weight-gain from my desk job and so I ran and ran and now I"m injured. SO, this is so amazing because I was looking for an exercise that targets my legs and lower belly without knee pain

I didn't feel my thighs so much but that's probably because my abs were hurting like hell xD At first I thought 'well, this isn't half bad' but then it wouldn't stop and it got faster and faster. But I loved the challenge because this time it was mental as well. Great idea, Cassey, as always! I loved it, thank you so much! xx

Thank you so much for all of your incredible and motivating videos!! Please do a workout that you can do with a foot or ankle injury, if you get the chance. I had surgery on my foot recently and still want to stay active, but can't put any weight on my foot yet :-)

I was dying on the way up, and was so set on stopping at 10 and coming down later in the day, but then Cassey said not to take a break. Right when I needed it, so I powered through. So glad I made it through the video in one sitting. Who knew it would be that hard? Ready for some sore legs tomorrow though!
