in Italy, a potato salad might include pomodorini di Pachino and cipolla di Tropea, and it is perfectly sutiable to eat outside, in the garden, at the beach - or on the boat, which I did 😃and where do you prefer your outdoor lunch?

thanks for asking, the tuna is optional, it is very common to eat this sala dalso without tuna, or by replacing tuna with green beans. You can boil green beans together with the potatoes, they have same cooking time (15-20 min)

Oltre ai pomodorini di pachino (buonissimi) prova le cipolle rosse di partanna ( sempre sicilia) sono super❤
