In this video I show you the progress of the last 2 months of my Planche journey. In previous videos I have showed you the other 2 months. I think this video makes it a lot cooler because I have only edit the planche holds clips right next to eachother.
I hope you enjoy the video and if you have any tips. Please let me know!

Amazing results, great job ! A great exercise that i do is pseudo planche push ups but with the feets flat on the wall, you can put them a little higher to put more pressure on the core, or position your hands closer to your waist to overload the shoulders. I do 3 sets to failure (no more than 6 reps, beacuse is a strength building exercise) with 1 minute and a half of rest at the beggining of my workout. And don't forget the hollow body position.

Thanks man!! That is actually a really great exercise.. Never thought of that. I do Planche lean holds with feet on the wall and also pseudo push ups, combining them would be really good. Thanks a lot man. Will implement that in my next workout ;)

Haha thanks man, die voelde wel lekker ja! Ik heb nu besloten om bij straddle planche te blijven en dan steeds minder resistance zodat ik de losse straddle het snelste kan :0

I really dont want to speak bad about your progress in this text, you have made much progress within only 4 months! But as you said you are still no pro in planche (which is pretty much impossible at planching for only 4 months). I'd try to maintain a perfect position the whole training, I know you always want to skip 1 step to make earlier progression, but it doesnt work like that. As we can see in the video, the more advanced the skill gets, you form gets worse(not bad, but not as it should be). The perfect position: - Hollow Body Position (Shoulder pressed forwards !BUT! no closed chest!!! You have to maintain a Neutral postion of your body, search for this on youtube, this is the Most Common Mistake which wont let you progress in planchin!!!) - Depressed Scapula (Push your shoulders to your feet) - P.P.T (Posterior Pelvis Tilt, also search for this on youtube to learn it faster) For training exercises i would recommend you to start with planche leans, toes pointed backwards so only your shoulder/scapula is changing your position, with the body position i described you in the 2nd paragraph. Then go on clean form advanced tuck planches and probably for some planche leans, but this time with your feet on a higher elevation so your body is parallel to to the ground. Whilest/After these exercises you can go for assisted straddle planches and try to fix your form. Im sure there are some more nice exercises, but these ones are definetely one of the best. As I've already said before, he made stunning progressions in only 4 months!
