guys what was your strength limits when you started training back lever?

One tip/secret is trying to bring your hands to your glutes at all times, this is gonna make sure that you activate your lats and it will also make the move easier.

Props guys! Although on that 10 second back lever you had a banana body, I commend you for at least holding it! I'd recommend you now train that back lever to straighten out your bodyline (as I am a perfectionist, I wouldn't call it a back lever until it's held with perfect form for at least 5 seconds). I found that back lever negatives really helped me get the strength and technique for the move. I have a good 6 seconds hold with a straight bodyline atm after 7 months of training.kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHTbhZqko9Oer80

*FRONT LEVER INSTRUCTION VIDEO?*
@CalisthenicsFamily
@CalisthenicsFamily 6 жыл бұрын
We are unfortunately not good enough yet to make a representive instructional video for the Frontlever. My best is a straddle frontlever for 5 seconds. We will make that video probably during summer around july/august ;) If you have any questions about the basics that will help you, feel free to ask ;)

Six months for bl.. wtf ? Did it after few attempts, it's a very technical element, not much strength needed
@xpertking9463
@xpertking9463 4 жыл бұрын
Alot of strength needed. Where are you from? Guardians of the galaxy... unless you are really strong in calisthenics i doubt youd be able to do it in a few attempts.. (Your comment was from a year ago, so not saying youre not one)
@ElemenTalParkour
@ElemenTalParkour 4 жыл бұрын
@@xpertking9463 I'm know some people it's harder for them even then front lever. But for most of people it's pretty easy. And I'm really did it in a couple of attempts, and I'm not super strong. It's does depend a lot on shoulder strength which I guess I have because of a lot of hand standing that I have done.
