In this video we take you on a tour of this 4 bedroom beach villa. It has a separate apartment, 2 car garage plus a pool with a jacuzzi and a slide.
Later in the video we head to Encuentro Beach, just a few minutes from Cabarete. We have a delicious breakfast at Pura Vida Encuentro (maps.app.goo.gl/1DdSporUBWPSa...) . This area is known for its amazing surfing and Chris (from ‪@JumpingPlaces‬ ) rents a surf board and spends a couple of hours surfing.
At the end of the day we head out to Food Park Doña Carmen (maps.app.goo.gl/AGcYVs1PEtDeU...) where we have the best burgers at Knuckleheadz Burgers (maps.app.goo.gl/T4F4RGTDRoVsd...)

Knuckleheads!! My favorite burger in the world! We go there at least once a week. They also deliver on Komida app and surprisingly it’s just as good delivered as in person which is rare with burger/fries. Hope Johnny gets lots of business from your stop, he’s a great guy.

Upper-income houses in the country from the 1980s look just like that Villa, so to us, it is not Italian whatsoeverl. We have too many architects, no need to reach for Europe. You tell them your style, and what you want. Beautiful place. Enjoy it.

First of all I have to say you guys make awesome videos. My wife and I stayed in the villa right next to this one (villa dawn) for two weeks every year for 7 years. We love the area so much and the staff are amazing as you will find out but when they changed the security company they weren't very secure and my wife was assaulted and robbed she was ok but very shaken up by the ordeal. Watch the doors beside the tennis court that's how they got in. Stay safe and keep up the amazing work with your videos.We will be vacationing at Casa Linda as of January 22 2024 and will frequent Cabarete. Maybe see you there.

We were staying in the Haunted Mansion (aka Villa Italia) when that happened. Very scary. The robber came right up on the back porch if I remember correctly.

You need to try the burgers at “Crazy Ranch” right on highway across from Perla Marina entrance. They also have awesome ribs, brisket and wings😋😋😋. We will also try knucklehead burgers as soon as we return( soon)😁😁
