The house is simply amazing, but yea it isn't worth 21 mil. The house itself is probably built with elite materials and quality but its probably not worth any more than $4-5 million. The rest, you're paying for the view and access to that exclusive neighborhood.

A friend of mine in high school grew up in a big house overlooking the long island sound, and he had a heated driveway. Idk what it costs to install, but it's basically just piping. Not having to shovel a few times a year makes it soooo worth it and it must help the value of the house.

Daz, a lot of homes built after the 80's incorporate mud rooms. You get out of your vehicle in the garage and walk into the mudroom, take your shoes off and hang your coat up. No walking straight into the living rm. It's a big country, you have your homework cut out for you.

Something that's not mentioned in the video is that Vail sits at an elevation of over 8,000 feet. And that's just at the base. At that elevation, there's 1/4th less oxygen to breathe in comparison to being at sea level.

I grew up out West back in the day and have been to ski slopes in Utah and Colorado, and Vail is absolutely gorgeous. With that said, when the lad said "empty slopes" there in Vail it's because it's a billionaire/millionaire playground and normal folks can't afford to not only live there but to visit. It's super expensive and beyond reach to the non-rich for the most part. It's a dirty little secret that no one talks about. If you're very rich it's a beautiful place. If you're not, you'll never be able to enjoy it and it's by design.

As a native Georgian I 100% agree. Atlanta used to be great, but in recent years it has become an absolute EMBARRASSMENT to the state. The ppl, the violence, the traffic (even tho most of the traffic problems are caused by out of towners), etc. It’s just not a fun place to go today. Savannah is a great alternative ofc it’s not "the big city" that ppl want to get out of visiting ATL, but it’s 1000x better. If you come to Georgia in general the only reason to stop in ATL is to take pics and see the "big city", other than that keep driving south to the small towns and cities, then make ur way to Alabama😂

I lived in a Colorado ski resort town, and my boyfriend at the time did construction. They finished a 10k sq ft house on a mountainside and the owners threw the crew a party. The house was so stunning. I don’t think I’ll ever be invited to a residence like that again, so was grateful for the opportunity. They were from Florida and I remember the wife complaining to us plebes about the grade of the roads making it impossible for them to drive in the snow and they felt the city should redo the whole neighborhood since their tax dollars would be going to the town.
