Welcome back Briggs! Beautiful video! Quick question, what happened to the land, and why is the property so cheap?

Are they still working on it? I like it but it looks like the fit and finish is not up to par yet. Like the can light sticking out of the roof in the basement. The faceplate on the outlet in the ceiling in the theater room for the projector, is smaller than the hole it's supposed to cover. You can see dark edges around it like the drywall on the ceiling was cut too big or the didn't center the faceplate. In the master bath, the cabinet at the jack and jill sinks is not flush against the wall, you can see its not even, so either the wood on the cabinet it warped, not cut straight, or the finish on the wall is level and even. They should have put trim or something to finish it. When you first walked into the bathroom, that was the first thing I noticed. If that's finish stuff they left like that, I wonder how the actual construction of the building is. This would be a good home to put a hangar on and build a small airstrip at. Then landscape it.

But look at the land. 36 acres of brown, flat, treeless emptiness, with no hint of the magnificent art of nature. There is a reason that Denver International is placed on this very type of land. There are no natural ground obstacles impeding takeoffs and landings. The house does fit in with the barren landscape. Like the land, the house is devoid of stimulation, of a feeing of the coziness of a home, of color and of reassuring comfort. The land and the house, in that regard, are a perfect fit. The video itself is marvelous. It is by Briggs Anunobi. And he is a master at giving us marvelous real estate videos.

Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs

Briggs, I was wondering where you've been, I started to send Poe Poe out to do a welfare check on you, you've been M.I.A. for so long 😅! And this was another excellent showing as always, love this house, but I would have chosen a gray shade of brick for the outside instead of the brown. And what was up with glass in the owners bathroom suite, that is some next level designing on the top of it lol. And I'm glad that place has a sprinkler system throughout it, as big as it is, it needs it sheesh.

The house is OK but it lacks an elevator and the RV Garage lacks a drain for washing the RV the kitchen is missing a pantry to match the amount of bedrooms and the laundry room is too small plus you need at least 1 freezer, I do like the windows in the kitchen but the kitchen isn't designed for 9 bedrooms it should have an 8 burner WOLF Cooktop with griddle and pot filler the trough sink nice touch the kitchen is also missing 2 Double ovens and 2 microwaves plate and bun warmer and a Double SUB ZERO Refrigerators. The Master is nothing special but livable but should have it's own washer and dryer area. A 1/2 Bath in flex room/ bedroom is a joke the room is too small but you do have a Juliet Balcony but it only looks good from the bottom, the large balcony doesn't blend with the inside room should have been a wall of sliding windows. Downstairs is a Death Trap I saw only 1 escape area but a perfect place for the help to live and have plenty of room to enjoy time off. The house is big and their are some Architectual Designing and Construction Engineering elements that I could see and I believe whomever Designed and Built this house was testing different Design Technics and to impress someone their skill or maybe the Builder needed to Build this house to get his Contractors Degree. The new owner will have to spend another 2 Million to Renovate it.

It does have a pantry. And every room with a window downstairs has an exit, it's called the window. There were at least 5, outside each of the windows, was a ladder. Just because there are 9 bedrooms does not mean you are cooking for 9 bedrooms all the time, or that any of them will even be used at bedrooms.

Biggest flaw for me the gas fireplace. They simply do not make enough heat. Im the guy that like big flames big heat free energy i dont care how much wood i have to get myself. If it is gas it has to have massive flames. I could careless about ambience that does nothing . If you do gas my tip is make sure it puts out high btu and big flames and can be opened to feel the sunlike effect one creates. Next all wood has to be real no presswood garbage no fake doors real heavy wood. It can be white but has to be real. Trim same stuff. And granite throughout.

In the roundabout in front of the house, I would place a slightly larger stone, surrounded by numerous small green plants and flowers. At night, this stone would be illuminated. Along the driveway, I would plant trees. The property itself would be surrounded by bushes. Behind the house, I would create a pool landscape that rivals a small oasis. Next to it, there would be an open outdoor kitchen and a larger covered dining table that provides shade during meals.

Every home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels. Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it. We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes. It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity. the future is electric. Wind and solar energy along with electric vehicles are the future. Stop using fossil fuels. There is a climate crisis.

​@@tonygunz21...the flooring is laminate which is a dead giveaway sugar. Laminate flooring is not the cheapest material, but it's right there with industrial carpet. Would you want to walk on hard plastic everyday in a $1M+ home?? Lol no sir. If the flooring is cheap, then what else is cheap? Look at the light/facuet fixtures...also cheap.
