My most regretful decision in life is joining byjus last yr... Their animation their tech catches our eyes and makes us fall for their trap and till we realize it's too late and we are in deep disappointment and depression of wasting so much money on such shitty stuff The whole last yr for me was a stressful situation don't know what to do where to ask for help... They just mentally destroyed me and filled their pockets and provided the worst course
@meghrajkamath1762 Жыл бұрын
Bec of Many Reasons 1. While joining they told it would be live interactive class but instead was a pre recorded video moving at its own speed no pause button no speed option just a fixed time to sit and watch the whole lec. 2. Notes were not the same which tr made which explaining 3. And also Doubt system was worse If you have any doubt in class then while attending that superfast lec ask your doubt in the down panel where some trs are already present to and it and if doubt occurs other time then only 5 to 6 doubts per month allowed after the limit is reached 4. If any backlog you can watch only 2 previous lec done before in a week bec they don't provide recorded lecs after the lec ends and they had another app in which some previous recorded lecs of some old trs recorded in 2013 2014 are uploaded not the same tr teaching in live class etc etc etc There might be my fault too but if my parents are paying 1L+ for this course then the returns should be up to the mark as well Thank you : )

Worst working environment one person can imagine. Thank you Byjus I predicted your future in 2018 itself . You are bang on . If I would have worked there more for like atleast 3-4 months I would have been just like them . Ruthless …. Just do your sales make family emotional about their kids future insult the kids grab money out of their pocket . Seriously I didn’t cared about the rich clients , but I felt emotionally very weak with the clients who were not well with their financial status but still wanted to enrol their kids because their kids friends bought that . Seriously making people emotionally broke and selling their product was the strategy that Byjus used . I have a good research about their product and I can say I would not buy their product worth 1.5 lakhs for even 10 k INR . Believe in KARMA

It would be great if you have a robust system/team in place that deals with complaints. I have a complaint that’s been hanging in thin air since January 2023. We are in April and still no one has the decency to resolve it. All we hear is a call back will be arranged. That is it, this is annoying and frustrating especially after payments are made.

4500 crores of losses to earn some 2000 crores worth of revenue, a brand that gets more hate from its employees, customers and public at large than any appreciation, so called revolutionizing education by building the same tuition centers that have existed for centuries. That's BYJU's for you.

To put things in perspective. Byju valued at $22B Valuations of some of the top companies in India with tangible assets M&M $21B ONGC $23B Tata Motors $24B Wipro $26B Tata steel $18B Who is Byjus kidding zero assets with a disclosed loss of $600( maybe more). I like how she doesn't want "women" to be associated when saying 'women leader' , but says "women entrepreneurs" without a hiccup.
