8:41 Well here's a fun fact. The studio behind Inspector Gadget originated in Canada. When she was a kid, Cree Summer's family moved to Canada. In Canada, there was a rule on casting. Your cast must be at least 50% Canadian, born or residence. Cree Summer got the part because she was a canadian resident back then (it was years before she moved back to America). During production of Season 2, the studio who made the show moved from Toronto to California. Because of the Canadian law, Cree Summer and Dan Hennessey were replaced with Holly Berger and Maurice LaMarche. But then again, this special was made in 1992, this was when Cree Summer was in America (and still is). So why didn't they call her to reprise her role as Penny and replace her with Erica Horne? Don't get me wrong it sucks ass, balls, and cock, but the main reason it gets as much hate as it does is because, we were promised the actual Teen Titans and got GO instead. This is got to be one of the best Nostalgia Critic episodes ever. The comedy is on point, the reactions are great, and I LOVE the ending. When I was little I felt bad for Penny because she never got the credit. I know it's good to be humble but not to the point that you let dumbasses take all the credit for your hard work. That ending was one of the best Christmas presents I ever had! Thank you so much Cree Summer and Doug Walker, you two are truly a blessing in my and many others' lives!
