I must say, I know this video is an older one and it wasn’t available at the time of this video launch, but Ulta just put Alicia Keys Keys Skin Transformation Cream (the fragrance free version) on sale for $8, and it’s a beautiful day time moisturizer under spf and makeup. Ceramides, niacinamide, Bakuchiol and more! And no clogged pores to be felt or seen at the end of the day. Hope this helps!

I have to say that The Cream from Augustinus Bader is the one product that actually made a difference in my skin. I had at times dry and irritated skin and at times oily and now i fell I have normal skin. Also, those ugly hormonal pimples during that time of the month are gone.

I am just watching this now - I can’t sleep so I am doing something fun and good for myself. I have good skin but still want to take care of it. I am using the DE retinol every few days whilst locked away. I use vitamin C every day. I love Weleda Skin Food. I can’t see doing Augustinus Bader or similar.

Avon’s Moisture Therapy Intensive Healing & Repair Hand Cream is the BEST I’ve ever used. My hands are prone to rashes and my skin is sensitive, and this cream always soothes them and creates a nice barrier. Plus, it always goes on sale for a really reasonable price.

Caroline- Even though this is moisturizers, can you clarify when you said, “Instead of buying 5 serums from The Ordinary, buy one formula from another brand?” Could you perhaps give an example of a few separate serums one may buy from The Ordinary that can be found in another formula- like what product from what brand? Thx!!

Mimi Schuler Hi! But what’s so different about PC’s 10% niacinamide and The Ordinary’s 10% niacinamide?
@mips94614 жыл бұрын
MSUSPARTANS 1995 If you go on both websites and compare ingredients. Paulas choice has extras like B5 and vitamin c, liquorice, diffusa root. Always worth having a look at the ingredients next to each other. Another example is the Azelaic acid, Paulas choice has salicylic acid in it too, so more spot fighting. 😄

Hi Caroline, so glad you mentioned the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel. I tried it on your recommendation and I love it! I have combo skin with hormonal breakouts and I'm on a budget. It's around £10 and cheaper when on offer at Tesco etc. - hope that helps anyone else looking for a nice cheap gel moisturiser too. Sorry I always miss the lives but so glad you pop them on here 👋💕

Any recommendation on my husband who loves Kiehl’s multi-corrective cream but would like to switch to somethings that’s less expensive? I recommended combo of la roche posey la roche-posay toleriane sensitive fluide + hyalu b5 serum to replace it... Hello from Belfast! My sister is currently working in an ICU department in a London hospital and is wearing a face mask for long periods of time. She is starting to get some pressure sores and is worried about the skin breaking as then it would be an infection risk. At the moment, we can only think of putting plasters on as anything bulkier like a gel pad would affect the seal of the mask. Currently, she is working 3 days on, 3 days off. Are there any products that would be great for skin repair or a rountine that she could do on the days that she is off that could help? Or anything else that might provide physical protection during her shift? Thanks for your help and hope you and your family are happy and healthy :)

Confusion #2.... If moisturizers are a bookend, why do you use very expensive ones? Is it because they work more efficiently or you prefer the feel and/or scent of them and you get then in PR, or can afford them? Thx!!
@livliv4 жыл бұрын
It's like eating cheese string (cheap cheap) then moving to store cheese blocks (drugstore) then going to the fancy cheese aisle like brie (sephora) and then deciding to go to the organic cheese boutique where all of the cheeses tell you which cow they are from (le mer etc.). They're all cheese and will fill you up. However, some may have different vitamins and nutrients as bonuses and others will have textures and smells that make using them more enjoyable. Some are just bought for the marketing. In the end...again...it will all turn into food and calcium. It's just your preference on whether you want to spend more or not :) But do stay clear of the cheese whiz type products...aka st Ives scrub etc. This is the stuff that is just plain bad for you and you shouldn't even bother with.
