Hello and so glad to hear you're finding the content valuable! It depends on the influencer but yes, you can. Some platforms work better than others in terms of links i.e link in bio for instagram/TikTok, pin links for Pinterest, description links for KZbin, etc.

Hey Sumner. I’ve found your videos really helpful as I’m getting ready to launch my Amazon business. Do you have a video or recommendation on how to go about setting up insta grid before you reach out to influencers? For example how many posts should already be there? And as it’s just one product to start how do you think of the content/photos to post leading up to launch?

Hi Fallon and good question! To keep things simple take 9 product images (infographics, product photos, lifestyle photos, etc) and post each day with 30 relevant hashtags leading up to reaching out to influencers. Make sure your bio & profile is professional and having those 3 lines of photos along with the link for prospects to check out to verify legitimacy should help increase conversions. Any partnership you do can be good content to re-post on your platform as well i.e unboxing videos, stories, lifestyle photos, etc. Hope this helps!

Hello Sabrii and great to hear! Yes, if you sell in the UK I would specifically target UK influencers or international influencers that have a big following in the UK.

Absolutely! For the record, for product feedback/ development the best app IMO by far is TikTok. Super easy to just make short videos asking general people questions and your content can blow up and get a bunch of useful feedback for free. It wasn't Amazon related but I had some questions about visiting Turkey and I have like 100K views with literally hundreds of helpful comments that helped my wife and I plan our trip. We're able to respond to comments with videos (aka "react") when we make changes based on a specific recommendation. Hope this helps!

Yes, ranking urls such as Helium 10 Gems or Pixelfyme can help but having a customer actually search for your terms and then buy is the most powerful method I have found for ranking for those specific terms.

Not that I'm aware of with Amazon at least. What you can do is create a unique coupon code for each influencer to share with their audience and see the ultimate sales per influencer that way.

Question, I've been trying your IG influencer research technique, clicking on profiles, then doing the math on followers/post likes, etc. One thing I'm noticing is that lots of the influencers w/ 20K-80K followers look to be a part of an Amazon affiliate program or influencer program, with links to an Amazon storefront with a variety of products from various vendors. Do you have a different approach for these types?

Michele, so great to hear you're finding the content valuable! The best incentive aside from a free product (that I can see) would be financial compensation. In regards to tracking results you can create a unique promo code for each influencer your partner with in Seller Central. I hope this helps!

Hi Sumner, no problems at all with getting reviews from influencers? even if you use your business email account associated with paypal to send them money ? How soon would reviews show up? after 1-2 days?

I haven't personally used influencer for rebates to help increase my review rates but I know sellers who have. Keep in mind the risk and what I prefer to do is with any rebates I just ask for an honest review 2-3 weeks later and if they feel inclined they will and if not it's no problem.
