The dremel cutoff wheel was way worse than the angle grinder! (Yes, I use headphones) 😊😊I take that back, the flat file was horrendous!!! 😜😜 Regarding the spot welds... being slightly off is proof that they were done by a person and not a robot. If you would have used your spot weld cutter, you could've radiused your corners (I know, I know; too little, too late!). 😊😊And it's nice that you help the Missus with heavy stuff.

Hi, I used the dremel type cutoff wheel (same ones you use) but I hate them and they explode, I use a dremal type fiber cutting wheel now and they are safer, longer lasting and better in everyway IMHO, I hope you give them a try
