This would be the first I’m hearing that the model 3 has the giant HEPA filter. Are we sure about this? It appears to be a Y shown in the video.

Do you know how to test aftermarket terminals on the 12v batter for parasitic drain?

I'm not sure what aftermarket terminals are. But probably the best way to test for any current is a DC clamp meter around either one of the wires that attaches to the terminals. The meter will need to be sensitive into the mA range. And a good meter in this category is $100's.

I have trouble removing the First Responder connector for a Model Y 2021. I unsnap the red tab but then I can’t pull apart the connector at all. I tried pushing the top of the connector while pulling and it wouldn’t budge. Very frustrating.

Same with me, I found it a bit stuck in there, but keep gently pulling the connectors apart once you pull the red slider back and it should come apart

If any dirt/grime/dust get into the connector it can make it hard to pull apart, it'll come apart though, wiggle back and forth a bit (the connector, not yourself, haha) while pulling and that could help.
